HELP==> Weird port forwarding problem

Hello everybody.

Recently my parents just subscribed to streamyx.

So I came back to my hometown bringing back with me my PC + D-Link G604t router.
Both the router and the PC has been properly configured for port forwarding since I am sharing internet connection back in my university.

The weird thing is upon checking from http://canyouseeme.org, none of my forwarded ports are open.

Thinking it could be problem with my router, I borrowed a friend's Linksys WA200G (also properly configured with port-forwarding) to test it at my home. Sadly the result is the same.

I have also tried DMZ with both routers but to no avail

So I was wondering if anyone had experienced similar situation with me?

Could it be that my particular connection has been port-blocked at the DSL exchange hence making it useless to do any port forwarding?

ISP/package: Streamyx 1mbps package
Location: kedah
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: Yes

Personal equipment
Modem: Aztech DSL600EW
Router: Aztech DSL600EW
Firewall used: aztech + windows firewall

Problem details
First occurence of problem: since i bought it
Problem frequency: everytime the modem is turned off or restarted

Problem description:
hello guys...

an Aztech DSL600EW user here,

currently having weird problem,

the default ADSL Modulation is set to GLITE.
Once u turn off or reset the router, the DSL Light will never stop blinking, I left it for 6 hours and it still blinking,
the only way to overcome this is to set the ADSL Modulation to something other than GLITE, Apply the setting... then reset the ADSL Modulation to GLITE again, the DSL Light will stay and then everythings fine.

If I turn off the modem, I will have to do the same procedure again and again It's very very annoying

I have tried to set to other modulation, but it seems that only GLITE will make the DSL Light stays.

So what do u guys think the problem is? is it from the DSLAM port?
