tweak utilities to limit the user access

hi...
I need some help.

Anyone know the software that can be used to control the access of user.
The computer is used just for internet access (in school).
so user cant use any application in windows except ie, firefox and other internet browser.
and the user also cant power off, restart or do anything when they are using the computer.
anyone know the software that i mean?

The favorite content. Musics? Videos? Pictures? Demos? or Others?
And if u dont mind, plz specify the speed and brand of your hdd. Example; 5400rpm, seagate.

For me, my ps3 hdd only 80GB 5400rpm (stock hdd).
Store up 20GB of mp3 inside the hdd.
Planning to upgrade to 500GB 16MB 7200RPM soon.

I want to sell p35 dq6 then buy either one of mobo.
my purpose only 1, the mobo must give high performance in crossfireX.
One more thing i need built in e-sata.

Any suggestion? Still accept other brands....

I need help....

This error appear when i boot pc using cd. I cant format my pc right now.

" File setupdd.sys could not be loaded. The error code is 7. Setup cannot continue. Press any key to exit. "

Why? Hardware problems?
