Traffic Between PC to Modem/Router

I would like to know is it possible for the computer to have 0kbps of traffic transaction in between the computer and the modem/router?

Usually what kind of traffic will be sent over (assuming the user is not using the computer at all)?

When my computer in hibernation and standby, are there any traffic transaction in between?

Are there any freeware that can check which application is transmitting data or receiving data?

Problem: Bluetooth handsfree Used On PC

The problem is that my bluetooth on my PC and laptop not able to detect my Bluetooth handsfree to perform pairing. There is nothing wrong with the handsfree because my phone can easily detect it.
Also my phone be able to pair with my PC and laptop as well.

Anyone has a solution or recommended software?

Restrict Guest User to Clear Cache

Hi! The thing is I have two accounts on my computer. ONe is mine (admin) and another one is public use. I usually save my password in the password list and cache all the username and password from the site I visited most.

The problem is that when someone from the guest account clears the cache, it will affect my account (admin) as well.

How do I restrict the guest user from cleaning the cache? Or at least, how do I make sure it will not affect my account?

Virus in Office Email Attachment

I always get virus in the form of ZIP file in office email. I believe the Norton Antivirus is not able to detect ZIP file. Is there any ways to avoid such problem? I'm asking on behalf on my company IT people.
