Cannot Install a program due to

Can you guys help me, i am trying to install a company software. But then it is not successful(check my attachment), saying that i do not have .net FrameWork2.0 and above.
But i have installed it, and it shows in my program list(attachment).
What is the problem? =.=

Problematic Celcom

Let me make the long story short (I am a postpaid user).

The story, in 31stMarch09 i have a internet dispute and clearly it was not my mistake (amount of dispute is RM250). So i have launched the report and increased my credit limit to RM600 (so that my line will not get barred until they settle my dispute case).
No one got back to me over the dispute case until today! (over 1 month plus)

My line has been barred 3 times within 2 weeks, now. The reason they gave, there is pending of RM200+ not been paid for 2 months (i have been settling all the current bills, but not the dispute amount)
One the 2nd time of barring, i made a second report at the branch. They said they will get back to me.
Guess what, today they barred me again!!!

I am disappointed and want to ask you guy's opinion. I am sick of getting barred and calling and explaining everything all over again to the dumb CS!

What are my options? I guess, i cant even switch operator because i have my pending settlement here (im so fed up, im waiting to change operator).

but half way installation...some errors pop out (below)

Hi guys...
I just bought ext HDD. WD passport essential 250GB.

I had problem in detecting it in XP computer BUT not all. My XP loaded laptop also can. Today my colleague's XP loaded cannot. Another colleague's XP can. (also my XP desktop pc cannot, only one port can detect)

I am confused...why some XP can detect..why some cannot?
Help me guys...

Help Thumbdrive Virus

Guys,
I guess there are similar cases reported. But i need a urgent solution for my problem.

I can copy any files out of the thumbdrive, but cannot DELETE or even FORMAT my drive.
This is the list generated by my Symantic.
Risk: VBS.solow Filename:.MS32DLL.dll.vbs
Risk:Trojan.Minit Filename: desktop.dll

Pls help me in giving advice in how to remove this files, seems i cannot use this thumbdrive. I dont mind formating it(but for now cannot). Help Help!!

Gas smell inside the car...

It is strange that since yesterday, when i on my aircond there is a strange smell. Its like a gas smell (dont really know how to describe it). If any of you guys faced this before pls advice on this.
I do not want to go to the aircond shop before i get some knowledge of the possible reasons for this problem.

setting up NAT

hi guys...

i want to configure my router to enable my NAT.
Pls refer to attached doc.
here is the prob,
initially i was only using modem router A to connect to my internet. i set my NAT and it was working fine. the default IP for the router A was 192.168.1.1. And i did the configuration using that IP, from my web browser.

Ok today, i bought router B (wireless purpose), and installed it. i wanted to do my NAT configuration again, as when i enter IP 192.168.1.1, it goes to my router B page instead of router A. fine, i did the NAT setting in router B (for my utorrent actually) but it is not working.

My question is, do i have to change my IP in router A or B? do they need unique IPs so that i can access them both? how to set the NAT? im kinda confused. Experts, pls help me on this.

Ok, let me explain in detail what i plan to do.

I have bunch of files (documents). I want to make a cd, where when you load the cd on the tray, computer directly goes to a web browser. In the web browser i want to link the files. Means, when i click on the link in the web browser, it should give me an option of downloading or viewing that file. How do i do it?
Pls help me. If you know some links that might help me learn more, pls suggest. Thanx.

Insert data in batch

I try to insert data (file) into my phpmyadmin database.
The field are all correct.

Here is what i get...
I tried to insert 100 data (with primary id starting from #1) and after that the result comes out to be "inserted 63 rows".
When i check the data its only up to data #55 was inserted remaining data was #61 #68 #81.....(and total is 63 rows).
What i did next was...i create a file for data from #56 till #100 and tried to insert again, and the result was "inserted 8 rows". When i check the data, after data #55, the next data is #61, #68, #81....
My question is...how come data #56,#57,#58....missing??

guys...in my php database,
in the space usage i see that the overhead is like 15k bytes. What does it mean? Is it means i got not enough memory?
Can someone advice me on this. Thanx

How to reduce it? i tried to delete some inserts in the data...but seems not much changing....to my surprise overhead increased.

I heard that we can use celcom line to go online and there is a package for daily usage. one day is say RM8, if not mistaken. do you guys know how to use/activate it?

Can i use my phone as a modem to connect to internet (for my laptop) for this service?
