17th Aug 09
- negotiating the deal with him for the Xigmatek Battle Axe VGA Cooler

18th Aug 09
- agreed with the price and money being transferred to his Maybank Acc (refer attachment above)
- asked him to send the item on the same day (coz payment is made on the morning) but no respond
- send him an SMS bout it

21st Aug 09
- PM him about the status of shipment and the Poslaju Tracking ID (9.00a.m)
- tried calling but didnt pick up

- got replied (1.50p.m) saying that item not being shipped yet, but promise will Pos it that day on the evening

23rd Aug 09
- still havent received the item...PM'ed him again for the Tracking ID (3.53a.m)

- got respond from him saying that the item already sent to me except that he left the Poslaju slip at his office

24th ~ 25th Aug 09
- still no respond from him for the Tracking ID
- tried calling but didnt pick up

26th Aug 09
- again i PM him about the status (8.14a.m)

Please settle this issue ASAP...my solution is simple, provide me with the transaction slip/tracking id (that the item has been sent to me) or u can refund me the money...and yeah what's with the ignorance attitude? i know u can be kinda busy, but can u spend just like 5 mins to provide me what i'm asking from u?...and yeah its the Tracking ID

then i check my comp properties

and to my shock...its downclock
from its original speed of 1.5ghz to 599mhz
so anyone can help me on how to rectify this
