1st Project-Parallettes

Describtion:
Parallettes are great pieces of equipment that enable you to perform certain types of body weight exercises.
They are useful in performing L-Sits and Handstand Push-ups. You can also use them to perform push-ups and possibly a few other things depending on your imagination.

Assembly everything and try, erm, it seem not so stable for my weight(damn, i am too heavy), hence i cut it 5 inch shorter from 24" to 19"

Done, waiting it to dry after primer and glue

This question sure will pop out. hey man. for such thing, it is damn cheap!
oh ya, i forgot to buy the end cap, when i turn back to the shop, he said out of stock. will get it at other shop when i am out again

As per topic...there is so many of female fear of the weight lifting due to those public stupid nonsense knowledge, they thought they can simply add a huge muscle when they lifting weight

there's countless of time, when i asking my female friend to lift weight
they all replied: yehhh, i dont want big big muscle, very geli leh... i explained to them.. they still yehhh... dont want! fainted

this thread purpose it to let you girl know that you are wrong! dont be afraid of weight lifting...you cant gain muscle like the hulk, unless you taking drug or inject testosterone

AND swimming wont make you looks like the hulk!!

采用YM3623+SM5843+PCM58*2经典DAC，声音厚实温暖动听。低价位的最佳选择。
元器件全部采用发烧元件，如主滤波电容采用ELNA音频专用电容，退耦采用MUSE音频专用，
数字电路采用PHILIPS高速铝电解电容，小电容全部采用PHILIPS和RIFA的优质薄膜校正电容。
成品板都是已焊接调试好的板子。直接接上变压器和信号就可以使用
需接入电源：三组9VAC/200MA以上/18VAC*2/300MA以上

This DAC uses YM3623+SM5843+PCM58*2 which is a classic DAC. This DAC is thick and warm in sounding. Best solution for lower end budget user.

All components used are audiophile grade, eg: the main filter capacitors are ELNA audio grade cap, de-coupling caps are MUSE audio grade caps, digital circuit uses Philips High Speed Aluminium E. Caps. Other caps are Philips and Rifa metal films.

The board is pre-assembled and tuned. Connect it to power supply and digital audio output, it can sing instantly.

Power supply: 3 * 9VAC/200mA above OR 2 * 18VAC/300mA above

i just found this DAC board
this DAC is design and well setting up by Yulong (the one who made Yulong Minidac and Crystal DAC )
The board is pre-assembled and well-tuned(what you see in the pic what u will get, all the part is soldered) we just have to get ourself a casing, transformer and RCA and so on
