            <title>Taskbar Missing</title>

            <description>that day had no electricity and my pc shut down prematurely.... after i one back the thing the taskbar is missing and i cant seem to get it back... i have to press the windows key to go to the menu... i have tried hiding it and bringing it back and i have scan my hdd and id whatever i could thing... the problem is the taskbar is not there but everything else works fine.... &lt;!--emo&amp;:(--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;</description>
