Problem with TCP/IP cant connect internet

Hi guys,
Recently i updated windows XP and it crashed halfway.
Every time i boot up to windows i receive the error below.
And my LAN cant detect any IP. please help.

My hdd spoil 2 months ago.. and its still under warranty.. WD 160gb.
bought it in mypc at lowyat. they only provide warranty service the first year if im not mistaken.
So are there any other shop willing to send the hdd to claim warranty for me .. im willing to pay for the postage.

hi guys..

As mention in the topic, i have to create an application which can recognize character online. something similer to PDA. I have no where to begin with.. Is there anyone here familiar with this can help me out.

I will be using hidden Markov model (HMM) for the application. Since the tablet only support VB im suppose to create a system using VB6. The problem is i have never used VB6 and my programming kinda suck. Is there anyone willing to help out?

partition problem

I have 3 partition in a hdd

C: 90gb (windows)
D: 120gb
E: 20gb

right now i want to change partition C: to 20gb and partition E: to 90gb. Is it possible to do that without reinstalling windows XP?

harddisk bad sector

As the above topic my hdd has alot of bad sector. Is there any way for me to clean format the harddisk and partition the hdd by unallocating all the bad sector and only partition the good sector?

pc hang after after login windows

my problem is my pc always hang after login into windows. when i check my Event Viewer the is alot of W32TIME error. At times it automatically disable my volume control and hangs. I dont really know wat cause my volume to be disable. So i removed my network card but this time da W32TIME error does not appear anymore., but the volume disable and hang problem is still there. with that there was a new problem recently. At times my pc my dont post anthing just a blank screen.. after a few times of restarting then it appears.. I have checked my ram, hdd, sound card.. its perfectly alright.. ive also tried clean format and reinstall a fresh windows.. still da same .. any solution??

laptop problem

my laptop restart after about 15 seconds i on. and there is a weird sound Tut.. tut.. tut.. tried reinstalling xp.. while booting it restarts.. tried safe mood still da same.. cant restore also.. can anyone help me out.. guess its a hardware problem..
