This is my setting:

Model: Blackberry Tour

Country code: +60
Area Code:
National Number Length: 8
Use "1" for National Dialing: Yes

My problem:
When I dial a number: 012-1234567, no problem
When I dial a number: +6012-1234567, can't get through with error message from Maxis: The number dialed is not complete

I have seen someone advice to change the National Number Length to 10. This resulted problem on dialing both 012-1234567 and +6012-1234567.

The reason of having country code saved for some numbers because those were incoming call where I just saved when I was using old phones.

Confused...

I wonder if I had made a wrong purchase...

My current audio system that's using PC as source:
Foobar2k > AV710 > LD II+ > Aiwa NSX-990 (Mini HiFi System)
All stock cables (the type that came with with the system)

My newly purchased system:
Marantz CD6000 OSE > NAD 314 > Wharfedale Diamond 9.1
Speaker cable = Canare Star Quad with gold plated banana plug
Interconnect = stock (QED interconnect would be arriving next week)

I'm quite disappointed with the sound on the new system. The detail is worse than the current system. The sound is just dull. Both system is located in a small room.

I did auditioned the Wharfedale Diamond 9.1 when I bought it this morning at Desa Home Theater. That speaker was connected to a more expensive Cambridge Audio amplifier. That time I felt that the sound difference between that system and my PC system was not huge. My wife even said that my PC system sounds better. When I finally get it connected to my newly purchase Marantz CD6000 OSE and NAD 314, I'm really disappointed.

The sound stage is there. I mean I could hear the vocal comes from the center, but the detail is lacking. I could hardly hear the breath and lips.
No matter how I adjust the treble and bass on the NAD 314, it's just not detail enough. As if I'm listening through a cloth. I had tried removed the speaker cotton cover, but I could not hear any significant improvement.

I wonder if an audiophile system requires extensive attention on position, cables, distance, etc. After spending more than RM2k from my hard earn cash, I just feel that the current sound quality does not justify the spending.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Guys, when you purchase stuff from Futureshop, did you pay with Paypal or with credit card? If with credit card, do they bill you in Pound and the local credit card company does the exchange? Or they bill you in RM with their own exchange rate?

If you pay with credit card through Paypal, does Paypal charge a commission? I found that Paypal exchange rate is high. 1GBP = RM5.40

Thanks.

Problem with Belkin Wifi USB Adapter

Personal equipment
Modem: Aztech 605E
Router: D-link DIR-330
Firewall used: Comodo

Problem details
Problem description:

I have just bought a D-link DIR-330 and Belkin Wifi USB Adapter.
Computer A: Modem (Streamyx), Wifi Router, XP Pro
Computer B: Belkin Wifi USB Adapter, Vista

I could set up wireless network and successfully having computer B connected to the internet via that wifi dongle. However there's a utility that comes with the Belkin Wifi USB Adapter: Belkin Wireless Networking Utility, detect no wifi network. From the Vista network, there are 3 wireless networks detected, my wifi router being one of it, however there's no network found under Belkin Wireless Networking Utility.

This is a problem that I could just ignore, but just keep me wondering if anyone else is having that problem.
