Router: 2 x Linksys BEFW11S4 ver. 4
Firewall used: Win XP firewall

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Modem connected but no Internet
Problem frequency: Started 1 week ago till now.
Problem description:

This is my setup:
Internet --> Modem (DSL 500T in Bridge Mode) --> Linksys Wifi router --> Desktop

From Linksys setup interface, it shows that my modem is connected, but I can't surf the internet and I can't ping to any domain/website except 127.0.0.1. The only way I can get connected and surf the internet is to manually connect the modem to my desktop.

That defeats the purpose of having a wifi router because my other 2 laptops cannot surf the Internet. My laptops can connect to the router. No problem file transfer from desktop to laptop and vice versa, but still NO Internet!!

I have 2 modems (Telekom's ZTE and D-link 500T), 2 wifi routers (2xBEFW11S4 ver. 4) and 1 extra network card. I've tried all the possible the combinations but no success.

So guys, what should I do now?
