Where to polish my car?

I want to polish my car. I can see swirl marks on the paint job and water marks on the windows. I haven't polished it for a over a year. Anyone wants to recommend a place? I'm from Seri Kembangan, I'm sure theres a lot of shops in puchong right? Should I wax or polish+wax?

Problem description:

OK, ive been using streamyx since 2001 with minimal problems. I wasnt all happy but the speed didnt really bother me. Then I had to move to kuantan, so the problem starts.

I regged a new account here. Its been a month+, the problem still persists. The problem is that my international connection speed is slow. My google/yahoo ping are 700+ms and I can't play online games anymore. I've called them a few times with minimal luck. Filed 2 reports already. They already changed the port twice. Theres nothing wrong with my PC. I tried on 2 PCs and 1 notebook already. Anyone care to comment or shed some light?

So we know its not the :
- port
- modem
- pc
- my wire (i tried direct connect already)
- firewall
- any other software
- and i get 80-90kb/s on tmnet speedtest which is cheating cause it is local
