hi all, just try my luck to see any pro here can help me to overcome this below issue:

i took out my graphic card to clean the collected dust (Very thick tho....), i use brush to brush away the dust collected at the fan.
but then after fixed on and turn on my com, the fan's spinning making very very loud noise, seemed like hitting the plastic cover side wall (seemed to be loose)..

sorry, not able to upload the pict, but this is my graphid card, i think it's quite common right?

any suggestion/idea how to tighten it or reduce the noise??
