In addition, the company provides plastic moulds, metal moulds, and blowing moulds for plastic products; and tooling, jig, and fixtures for electronic and semiconductor products.

Rumor: acquisition plan by NOTION.

Simple basics (by sifu invlink):
"1. This is undervalued. The fair value should be around $0.20-0.25 based on projected future profit generated with assumption business turnover turnaround.
2. Fundamental is not strong but also not weak (based on my analysis). I like the $20 million cash which mean is 0.09 per share. I just hope that the directors willing to share the partial of cash as dividend or capital repayment or meaningful (i.e. profit & cash generated) acquisition.
3. This is the hidden jewel."

My point of view:
1) Cash rich company and the liability they have is minimal when being contrasted with the cash they held on hand or in bank accounts by the company and the receivables.
Nett asset RM23million
2)Low inventories amount which is healthy

i don't think they can survive any longer.
they got no cash at all, this is due to the large amount of receivables (some more audited amount) that might not be existed at all.
at most of the circumstances, their cash might already ended up in someone's personal account.(you know what i mean)
Currently, there are having 2 wind up petitions filed against their main subsidiary to involve themselves in O&G sector- OIL FAB S/B and both of them only involve small amount yet they unable to pay those company that filed the petition.
More petition are expected to be filed.
And few newly awarded contract from Hess Cari Gali S/B had also been canceled, so basically, they don't have much income, except from D'Tiara Tiara Beach Resort.

And in addition, they already been declared as default in payment, and the RM45m had been due, so that need to settle the RM47.4m back to EON Bank within 14 days, else legal action will be taken (Most probably another wind up petition but this time the action is taken against OILCORP.)

ok.
so my iswara having an aircond compressor problem.
at first having loud weird noise and can't function without stepping on the petrol (as the workshop tell me it's weak already), it just died few days ago.
so i go to chop shop and found a aircond compressor from satria 1.3 4g13p which is working in good condition.
so can i use it for iswara, since the iswraa also 1.3 and engine 4g13p.
hope any sifu here can give comment.

Ok, I am using Maybank Invest.
I want to buy a certain stock.
So i make an order with the last done price.
After that my order is confirmed by BMSB.
But how come i can't buy it at the price while i see a lot of transaction done at that price?
I Q at last done price from morning 9am until 5pm also can't match but i see a lot of other ppl got matched at the price i offer.
So is it like first come first serve or??

Just like to know is it wise to buy Tahan Insurance's parent company IDAMAN 1112 (Main Board)'s share at RM0.08 now?
I know the price isn't the lowest in this period but since that Tahan Insurance just being taken over by BNM.
So will the situation get better and the share price will go up?

I am holding quite a number of share of Tejari Berhad (0140) under MESDAQ market.
but recently the price keep on going down and also the executive director (also founder of company) dispose a lot of share.
and he resign today.
so is it the sign that the company is closing down?
during 1Q 2009 this company suffer a lost of around 1m.
so should i sell the share off now even suffer losses?
can't wait any longer, the more i wait, the lower the price is

Why 1 year old Dunlop tyre can't grip the road?

So i have a 1 year old Nissan Grand Livina 1.6 (A/T), it's equipped with the Dunlop tyre from the beginning.
Recently i noticed that the tyre can't grip the road while i am stopping and attempt to move the car.
Means like when i wanted to cross the road, after i saw there was an opportunity, i step quite hard on the accelerator and the tyre like having some funny noise before my car move.
So do i need a new tyre or??
How come tyre and car that was 1 year old having this kind of problem?
I service this car at Nissan SC on time..

Should Handphones and Communications section

I started this poll not trying to create some kind of trouble, just to get member's opinion on putting Handphones and Communications section under NO POST COUNT section and should this section being released from NO POST COUNT section.
This poll just act as a guide for admin to see what's the best action to do on this section. PLEASE, MAKE YOUR POLL NOW!!

Handphones and Communications section should be released from NO POST COUNT section, because this thread is a knowledge thread and it's pretty pointless to post there helping others to solve their problem by getting nothing..
(At least, I threat post count as a tiny return, watching my post count increases day-by-day, i am very happy.. ).

And the reason for Handphones and Communications section to be removed from post count section is that the spamming issue.

But i would like to offer a solution:
If there is lots of spamming, admin can take strict action like other forum, eg. 1st time spamming, suspend account for 3 days, 2nd time spamming, suspend account 1 week etc.
For sure those spammer won't dare to spam anymore.
