4.Why a $8 Sneaker/Bag you quoted is even expensive than a $12 Tee in Ringgit Malaysia?
Quotation is base on item volumetric Weight x Height x Length. Tee is light item whereas sneaker,bags are heavy item.

5.Why the Tee you quoted for spreer-A last month is RM52 but you quoted me RM55 now?
Pls be understand that we are following the forex exchange rate for USD conversion. Quotation last 7days from quoted date. We dont change the rate everyday, small increment we dont really care about that and you can enjoy cheaper rate.

6.What is US ground shipping means?Is that each item need to add US ground shipping?
US ground shipping meaning web store charge the shipping fees from ware house to my US address. You can share the amount with other same brand buyers,if there is any; some brand is depending on the quantity of items you order, some is standard rate.

7.Would it be cheaper if free US ground ship achieved?

as per header, i am the seller. one buyer (newbie joined this month) said banked in (cash machine RM400) but i did not received the payment, asked her to show receipt , she said threw already. that was just happened in an hour time.

at Today, 12:23 PM, buyer said banked in already. in sms,she said maybank in front her house. so what she wants to tell is in 4 minutes,she walk out and bank in using cash machine and threw the receipt. i insist her no sms, everything black and white in thread but she said brother playing counterstrike. i asked she must get a proof of payment receipt, but she told me will not dig rubbish bin.

i am safe trader since 2005. i dont want a newbie cause me a dispute w/o knowing any backend intention. i want to make things clear. i can show my maybank transaction record that i never receive payment from her. i am waiting her proof. i wish to make thing clear. everytime i received a payment i will directly reply buyer that payment received.

i am here to wait for the newbie to send me payment receipt. thanks.

It does'nt make sense to me that given account holder name still be able to banked in wrongly; and banker is not able to check transaction if you are cash machine banked in, unless banker checked 112223067366 acc which at the 1st point, banker wouldn't know which acc credited to.

5.Why the Tee you quoted for spreer-A last month is RM52 but you quoted me RM55 now?
Pls be understand that we are following the forex exchange rate for USD conversion. Quotation last 7days from quoted date. We dont change the rate everyday, small increment we dont really care about that and you can enjoy cheaper rate.

6.What is US ground shipping means?Is that each item need to add US ground shipping?
US ground shipping meaning web store charge the shipping fees from ware house to my US address. You can share the amount with other same brand buyers,if there is any; some brand is depending on the quantity of items you order, some is standard rate.

7.Would it be cheaper if free US ground ship achieved?
No. The quotation that I given is without ground ship charge. Meaning to say if free ship, you save more by not need to pay for US ground ship. Otherwise if no free ship, you can choose to standalone ship to avoid out of stock (OOS) or share with other buyers, if there is any.

i personally have some suggestion below for the forum.. please share your thought(s):

1)PM grouping
Understand Message/PM centre is serve the purpose of emailing but efficient communication. Would it be possible that allow message categorization? i mean grouping/ feautures that allow user to create new folder themselves and group their pm(s) into each created folder, like yahoo mail can do.

2) "go to [post#]" function in topic
A feature that re-direct forumers to refer to the particular post reply#. Say if a forumer do not understand/not aware an update,
instead of asking the forumer "go back to the mainpage and look for xxxx...", it is good if they give 1-click settle.
Technically i'm not sure how can this be done (if to be), but i guess should be some script on setting default on "go to %script something post#" during user pm composition/replies.

3. Invisible TS posts-reply for self reference
Feature only for TS.
I've encountered at a point of time, certain post replies that posted for TS contains of important infoformance for tracking purpose(+ forumer personal information e.g.client info) that do not wish to review for third party except TS own reference only. This feature only allow first 3 or 5 post (assuming any tracking info only will track on front post right) that created by TS. A hide button on 1st 5 posts available for TS. By default if not click,it is shown and visible to all.

do you think it is a good time to buy a house (for living, not investment) at this point of time? concern on malaysia 2008 financial stability, estimate GDP 5.7-6%, msia construction material price increasing(steel etc.), US economy recession, and any other issues you might think of?
house info: asking price 390k, 22x80, 5rooms with auto gate alarm system, freehold located at Bandar Kinrara Nine. Completed on Jan2007,launching price 320k+.
