Some VPN provider decide to protect their own benefit by "assigning free dedicated IP address" to customers, which in the end the client is at the risk of receiving such infringement legal letter. At SecureAX Internet, we believe it is our responsibility to protect our customers, hence we do not track our customers with dedicated IP address.

Introducing The SecureAX VPN Client

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

The SecureAX VPN Client does the following:
- Points you to the server of your choice
- Encrypts your connection to 256-bit SSL Encryption
- Performs Load-Balancing on our servers
- Gives you useful real-time information about your VPN connection
- Reconnects you to the VPN server when your connection is interrupted
- No downloading of configuration file/access key to your computer required

More Information About The SecureAX VPN Client

SecureAX Technology
1. Secureax assigned high port , So that can get "HIGHID" in EMULE (view)

dookiez - 5 Star VPN: After 10 minutes of usage, I can say .. dotVPN services is a 5 STAR services. Ease of use, user friendly installation, fool-proof guide, superb customer services provided, I will surely recommend the services to my other bittorrent buddies. Keep up the good work. (dotvpn 12-31-2007, 01:37 PM)

kwwong - Excellent customer support with great VPN performance... Kudos to the operators for providing excellent customer support with great VPN performance... Keep it up~! After subscribing, my average emule speed is 80KB/s ~ 90KBs... This is on a RM66 basic streamyx package... RM66 + VPN definitely worth more interms of values, than going for a faster streamyx package... 01- (dotvpn 01-03-2008, 02:18 AM)

myzacx - Satisfaction: I'm very satisfied with the service,... When using torrent, my speed will reach at about 60-100kbps... (before this only below 10kbps)
Only the problem is when downloading with web browser via rapidshare file hosting,.. Normally, when downloading via rapidshare server, I'll get about 100-120kbps..
but when i've applied the VPN , I've only get about 20-40kbps... But that is not a major problem coz, when i'm downloading with rapidshare, i simply disconnect from the VPN network to get the normal speed. The only information that SecureAX will collect from you is your IP Address that is connected to the VPN, which you can check in the control panel provided.

Bandwidth/Transfer Explained

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Why is there a limit for bandwidth/transfer of the VPN accounts? The reason is because there is no network provider that provides unlimited bandwidth. Some network providers provide unmetered bandwidth but it comes with T&C that allows the provider to cap server bandwidth if it is using too much of bandwidth.

SecureAX uses premium bandwidth and it has a limit. However, servers' bandwidth usage will be reviewed from time to time and customers should expect phase-by-phase FREE bandwidth upgrade in future.

Your favourite PC Shop

Hi guys,
I tried the Search feature but unfortunately, I can't find anything close to what I want.

Just some background information. I used to buy my computers from Sri Comp back then when Imbi Plaza was popular and soon when Lowyat Plaza was first started to be popular. Later, I read some bad feedbacks on them in the forum and started buying my computer hardware from Compuzone, a few years back.

I have not been updating myself recently with the preferred shop in Lowyat Plaza. When I browsed the hardware section, I see ATE's name is being mentioned quite frequently. Is it the preferred shop at this moment? I might be getting a new set of computer soon, so I just wish my $$ will be spent in the right shop and will be served by a friendly staff.

Thanks and hope to hear from you soon!

SAR Values for Smartphones

Good day guys/gals,
I am wondering how many of you here concern on the SAR (specific absorption rate) value of your digital devices? How many of you will check the SAR value of the device before purchasing?

I'm a person who will always check the SAR value of the device before purchasing. However, my recent research on all the smartphones has given me something interesting. Can you realise that smartphone manufacturers do not publish the SAR value of their devices?

I was previously quite interested in the rw6828. As such, I have talked to HP's representative online and when I asked the operator about SAR value, the operator couldn't give me an exact answer. Thus, she has to consult her higher authority, and finally after 1 week, the higher authority got back to me with the reply below:

QUOTE

The SAR document of the Ipaq.
Answer: Unfortunately we do not have any document show to public (however there is 1 SAR document for rw6800 series BUT it is a confidential document and cannot be disclosed to customer)

What concerns me now is, why is the SAR document confidential?

Aren't SAR documents supposed to be published on the web site of the manufacturers, just like what Nokia and SE are doing?

Unless the devices did not pass the SAR standards set by FCC?

Thanks and let's discuss your view on this.
