Create exapandable drive shortcut

I am using Windows 7. In any Windows above XP, you can create a toolbar in your taskbar by selecting one of the options from the right click menu on the taskbar. For example you can select a desktop shortcut, show the language options etc.

If you select to show the desktop toolbar, it will show up like in the picture below. And when you hover over a desktop icon, it will expand to show the contents within it and so on, just like an expandable tree view. What I want is to create a special shortcut of a drive so that it can expand in such away. Right now, if I create a shortcut of a drive in my desktop, it will just shot up as an icon I can click on. When I click on it, a window will pop out. That is not what I want, I want it to expand, branch out, tree out whatever you call it, to show its content just like in the picture below.

Seperate OS files from user files

I have a 120 GB HDD in my laptop and I heard there would be a performance increase if I partition my HDD in such a way that user files are separate from OS and Program Files. Is there a reliable way to seperate the files so that I can partition my HDD.

Will it work if I were to just transfer all my user files to an external HDD, then defragment my HDD and then partition my HDD and then transfer the files back?

USB to Etherner adapter

Where can I find a USB to ethernet adapter. The device which I can say plug my USB HDD or USB printer into and then plug it into a router so I can use it as a Network Storage Drive or a Network Printer.

Page Numbering in PDF files

I have seen some PDF files that has some special page numbering. Like it will show pg Cover/400, then i/400, ii/400 iii/400, iv/400, then it will change to 1/400 and so on. How do I do use separate types of page numbering in one PDF file?

Correlation between Focal Lenght and Aspect Ratio

This has been bugging me a lot. How exactly does that focal length correlate to the aspect ratio of the image captured? What I understand is focal length does not change the aspect ratio, it's decided by the film or sensor dimensions. Am I right on that?

If how, then why are there such thing as widescreen TV and movies? Aren't all camera nowadays using a 4:3 aspect ratio? Do they use special wide aspect ration camera? Then how about the focal lenght? extra wide(short) to compensate?

I learned abit about this in my a class I took and I read up wiki but I dont really get it.

Please help me understand. Link to pages with diagrams are greatly appreciated!

PDF to XPS Converter

I think PDF is a doomed format. To view PDF files nicely you will need to use Adobe Acrobat which is laggy. Foxit while fast suffers from a terrible interface design and renders text and images with such poor quality it isn't even worth using.

I've found that XPS is much better and integrates well with with all my Office apps. So I want to convert all my PDF files with the bookmarks intact to XPS(bookmark links to xps outline). What software do you recommend me to use?

A while back I asked what style does certain Polaroid camera's produce. Most people said cross processing. Cross processing look a bit similar and it's nice too so I thought that was it. But I finally found the kind of style I had in mind. What style is the two pictures below in and how do I simulate it in Photoshop?

I am writing a Greasemoneky script and I want to insert some form elements after the <body>blablabla<body> part of the page.

What is the general way of inserting new elements using javascript or jQuery with Greasemonkey?

I've read a book on Javascript and also follow some examples online but it doesn't seem to be working too well.

Javascript right from the start

First of all, I am a a total stranger to web designing. Until 3 days ago I knew nothing about it. I've decided to write my own greasemonkey script and I have done quite a bit of research on the net.

So I got myself a copy of Javascript for Dummies 4th Edition. I expected it to teach me stuff from absolute zero but it seems that it jumps into quite alot of stuff.

I am quite certain I know enough of HTML and CSS that I need to write my GM script. So now what's left is jQuery. I can do simple jQuery stuff but when I see the more advance examples of thing I can't understand them fully.

For example, they use the element "this' and they write " newVar = something" and all those stuff. I need to know what all this things mean. Also I am very confused with when to place brackets and when to start a new line.

The way Javascript for Dummies is written assumes you know all these.

Is there a better book that teaches me one by one what each symbol, word, whatever means and how do I use them and string them together.

Take this for example:

I know at least that function and var are some kind of operators used by javascript, but what dodoes 'calculateTotal' mean? Is that another operator, is that the name of another element somewhere ? Why the the T in total capitalize and not the c in calculate? and what is numberOrdered, itemPrice etc.

I would like a book that tells me what every single word is.

I cant seem to get jQuery to work. I've read all kinds of tutorials on the net and used some simple examples but no matter what, the codes dont seem to work. They dont work is Dreamweaver's Live View nor do they load in FF 3.5. Is there something I have to install to get jQuery to work? Is my code simply wrong?

I want to create two text box, A and B. I want it so that when I type anything into A, B gets filled out automatically with what I type into A. If I delete letter from A, one letter also gets deleted from B.

I have dreamweaver and I want to do all this using client side scripting, hopefully with nothing more than html and javascript.

Is there a dreamweaver extension for this or can you share some code that can be used for this.

Later on, I have a page that displays some usernames. Using DOM inspector I can get the id of the name placeholder such as

What I want to do is make a menu that contains all usernames on the page and inject such a menu using greasemonkey. Somehow I need to populate the list dynamicly using content loaded from that page. So how do I search for all text that correspond t the DVI class="username rolehover grey" and use it to populate a list/menu?

Dr Jamaludin presented a contribution to Boon Jim’s family.

Boon Jim will be cremated at the Shah Alam Memorial Park at 10am today.

If I have an extremely large debt that can't be paid by selling all my property or working my whole life, what is the worst that can happen? Is it just bankruptcy? Can I be sent to jail or some other kind of social restriction worst than bankruptcy?

Oral Maxillofacial Specialist

Do you guys know any good oral maxillofacial specialist or surgeon.

I had a terrible accident that required some major surgery on my whole head and face. I am unable to go back to where the surgery was done and I have very limited contact with the doctors who did my surgery.

So I really need a doctor who is willing to look carefully into all my medical reports, x-rays and everything and if there's a surgery that needs to be done, I want to be in safe hands.

CT Scan and Prednisolone

I am scheduled to have a CT scan of my head taken in a few days time and I have a few doubts.

I know I can call up the hospital and ask, but it's a government hospital and I have a lot of experience with them. It's very hard to communicate with the doctors and a lot of doctors, pharmacist and nurses make mistakes there which could be life threatening in my situation. If I drop the CT scan it will be very hard to get another appointment date as well as with the specialist.

So I hope any one with medical knowledge or those who have got a CT scan taken help me out. I so will know if I have to call the docs and make a fuss.

The reason I am taking the CT scan is to see if there is any problems with the joints in my jaw. I understand that a contrast agent which is Iodine will be administered before the scan. I have told the doctors that I have a very slight allergic reaction if I eat too much prawns. So they told me to be on the save side, I should take prednisolone before the scan.

So I have a few questions

1) Do I really need to take a scan with the contrast agent in me since they want to see the bones and not the soft tissues or blood vessels.

2) The doctor told me to take 40mg of prednisolone 12 hours before th scan and another 40 2 hours before. However when the pharmacist gave me the drug, they told me to take 80mg twice instead of 40. Then when I told them about what the doctor said, they discussed something among themselves and then said ya the doc is right and actually 80mg is a very high dose.

3)I'm kinda wary about taking prednisolone cause I had a traumatic brain injury, history of seizures and am currently on apo-gabapentin.

4)Am I supposed to fast before the CT scan?

5)What's the CT scan procedure like?

What kind of color effect is this?

Hmm, I saw a picture I really like some time ago and it had this particular color effect. I believe it is produced by a certain type of polaroid camera. The colors appear to be a little fade with some kind of greenish yellow tone. I get the feeling of 'lime' color when I see those pictures. It adds a great sense of nostalgia to indoor pics esp rooms and windows. Not suitable or portraits. Sorry I can't find any picture to show. Hope you all can help. Thanks in advance.
