Recently plan of buying a used Double Din Player from japan... But heard that it cant play local FM radio here... Need a FM booster to play it... Some how i heard that after install the FM booster also still the same not very clear...

Wana know hat is it true regading this matter? It can received all station with out any problem? Any other ways / solution so that it can play FM nicely?

Coz my tachometer seems like got problem and sometimes not working well... So i think of install another small 2" rpm meter in my car... Can i install it without taking out the tacho? Means running two rpm meter...
