Date of transaction: Bank in 50 at 2pm as requested by seller, the rest paid upon cod.

Details of the complaint :

1) The phone was received on 18/9 1030pm. basic check of sound, video, camera was performed in front of seller colleague. He only inform me to meet his college when i reached cod place

2) The 2nd day 19/9, i was balik kampung n stuck at h/way for whole days. At evening after i passed phone to my cousin, he play with phone then only notice something wrong with phone connector. Charger, data cable, ear phone cannot lock tight after balik home i gv seller a sms but no reply i thought it was too late may be he sleep oledi..

3) The 3rd day morning I tried call seller 0199869819 (no body pick up) 0169356152 (operator said no more service) cod guy 0169393522 (no body answer) then i post a msg on his thread http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/877852/+1720. At evenign hour suddenly seller send sms ask send to supplier, I tried call back those 3 number again still no answer. I post another msg again.

4) On fouth day 21/9, afternoon hour i tried again, cod guy 0169393522 pick up after long ring n promise change another unit when he balik kl on wednesday. ok.. at least got answer..

5) 23/9 11am sent a sms tell cod place n time, no reply. around 130pm, I call those 3 number again, none of them pickup around 2 pm cod guy 0169393522 suddenly sms said ok yup.. only ÓK'

6) I arrive there late 5 minute, sms cod guy 0169393522 but no reply try call him also no pick up then i try another 2 number, also same result. after 10 minute, seller sms come keep ask me send back to supplier . I wait there another 20 minutes no body show up then i leave

Question:
Why he refuse change another set for me? Even shop can swap 1 to 1 for 1st 7th days.

Why he ask another guy cod but never inform me at early time?

Why this number 0169393522 eat my rm10+ credit for only below 5 second voice box? (I only make 8 no body answer call)

Why seller take money n ignore customer? I saw ur company chop & registration number there, u r consider doing business & its under perniagaan act, i can use law against u.

Why keep tell me send back supplier when you r the guy deal with me? This is not few weeks or few months phone !!

why ie8 always no loading page when click new tab or open new windows? it shows loading only & keep loading forever..

if use ie7 or firefox it works well.

try complaint to Microsoft but they keep asking clean cache, reset setting, bla bla bla

if accidentally replace an existing database by using replace command, is it possible to restore back (no backup)? by date, by time or something else?
