PC Power Cannot On

Dear All,

currently i facing this symptom on my pc.

when i wan turn on the power, my pc wont turn on..what i see from the pc is the light blink then off then blink then off.
it seem the power is enter then stop again then enter then stop again...

after 1-2 min blinking the it will start like normally..

but when i shut down and turn on it come back that symptom again..

but when i pull out the ram, it will start like normal..at first i suspect is ram but i plug in other ram. it still the same..

so any1 face this problem..can help me mah..what is actually wrong with my pc..

This question has been in my head since last few month. I m just curios that all insurance company has come out with saving investment something like FD or Mutual Fund.

is any1 here putting their money to invest with insurance company which claim the return is higher than FD and mutual fund which offer by bank. further more they even claim this is risk free cos they invest your money in many many different sectors.

so can any Pro Investor can enlighten me or provide me the con and pro regarding this investment.

Dear Mod,

purpose i open this thread is to ask mod opinion how should i handle my case..
i sold 2x20gb hdd to aku2. the item was tested by me is ok....however, the buyer tested and said it was damage..i send pm to ask him 1 or 2 hdd is damage? but he did not reply me...i send the sms to him ..he also no reply me.

my question is let say the warranty 1 week is order...is he liable for waranty.. cos i already try my best to ask how many is dmg and i ready to refund..but he did not reply me...if let say it over 1 week and he come claim with me that the hdd is failure... can i say the product is over warranty and cannot be refund..

please help to solve my question...

i buy a new zyxel to replace my aztech modem...currently i found that my modem frequent lost packet when i bt (even at 2kbs ul and dl). when i ping ...my ping request fail very often and i cant surf when bt (any speed even 0.1 ul and dl) ...when i close bt everytime seem back to normal and my ping success ping rate at 99% to lowyat address... any1 face this problem...and how to fix it

current i using zyxel p660hw-t1 ...can any teach me how to set up the media bandwidth management for each ip in my lan to access internet...

for exmaple ..ip 192.168.1.2 allow to use 300kbps bandwidth from 512kb streamyx, ip 192.168.1.3 allow to use 100kbps and ip 192.168.1.4 allow to use 100 kbps..

any idea to set... thank you

i found this latest unrelease firmware damm usefull...it got alot feature including traffic shapping for each port to minimize the dc when using bt and u can also set the duplex to half if ur fren is heavy bt to slow down thier dl. ... however upgrading at ur risk .....

how i flash :-

1. go to upgrade firmware then browse config.xml and click upgrade
2. then new page will appear, browse and choose ram_zimage.ar7xxx.nsp.squashfs.upgrade and click upgrade
3. then choose nsp.annexA.upgrade.img and click upgrade.. then once finish at the bottom will write firmware upgrading finish.. then wait for 1 min and reset ur modem ...new look will apper as below

can help me solve my problem. my problem is when i run bitcomet and dl using bitcomet, after 30 min, i cannot surf web or even sign in my game ....but my bitcomet still dl and line is still connecting .....just i cant even surf...i got read some ppl say because router cant handle too many tcp connection at the same time..thus i found the ppl say enable the uPnP. so i enable it..yet the problem still occur.. so is there any way to solve this problem when i dl with bitcomet. ..i using aztech modem build in router and wireless... any1 have this problem and fix it......
