Device Manager Hang

When I right click the properties from "My computer", then choose device manager, it will say that the Explorer had stop working. Need to restart. I had upgrade to SP1 and latest update but still the same.

I'm using vista Home premium. How to solve the problem?

Need to Check MotherBoard

My laptop speaker has some problem, so I bring it to one of the shop in LOWYAT to repair. The people there said that my speaker has problem, so I let him fix. Then, he say after change the speaker, still no sound, so is motherboard prob, then let him fix also. After waiting for 5 hours,

the people tell me NEW PROBLEM come out, now my monitor is BLINKING!!!! My laptop need to stay there for one night. The next day, the people tell me that the technician can't repair it, so decide to send to service centre to replace a new motherboard for me but need to wait 2 weeks and pay him RM2++

The problem is, how I can know whether he is replacing a new motherboard for me? How can I check it? Maybe he replace an old, refurbish one? As I know, the service centre only need 3-4days to repair a laptop becoz I went there before. Now this shop needs 2 week, I wonder is it really take so long time, or they trying to find a old one for me.

Need some advice here.

That day a sudden lightning cause the current down, then, I restart my Laptop again after the current is back, I found that my speaker is not fuction anymore, (but if plug in earphone still got sound), and the Lan Connection is spoit. When I plug in Lan Cable, it keep acquiring IP address, but fail, then I pull the cable out, the green light is still on!!

I'm using HP PAVILION laptop. I wonder is there any shop or method to fix it? How much it would cost? Thanks

Duno is the lightning spoilt my laptop or the sudden shut off of laptop...

I'm Using Avira anti virus + comodo.

Everytime when I'm using my laptop, there will a virus report comin out locate at

[DETECTION] Is the TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen Trojan
[NOTE] The file was deleted!

After deleted, it keeep comin out again...like non-stop..I think some other program create the virus.

Stop Copy Folder

How can I prevent people by copying my folder? Is there any "file" that after I put inside folder, when people wan to copy the folder he fails? such like the file that stop people delete my folder.

After I delete, and enter D drive again, this folder will automatically recreated. How can I permanant DELETE it?

I suddenly canot start the game, as it say I do not install Direct X, but after I reinstall and check, my version is direct 9.0c.
I'm using intel graphic card only.

Unable change theme

I cant change my theme to other style by using window blinds, or right click in desktop to change.

everytime i change, the theme go back to window classic, I only can use window XP style.

Even I use vista transformation pack 8, I pop out with error.

For your information, I install FlyakiteOSXv3.5 before and uninstall it.

How to solve it now? I use winXP cd repair also same prob
