I'm not sure if its a recent bug but whenever I access the page, IE hangs/hesitates for a few seconds before its smooth thereafter. I'm suspecting the flash applets thats causing this. Doesn't happen to other pages.

One Chinese man walks into a bar in America late one night and he saw Steven Spielberg.As he was a great fan of his movies, he rushes over to him, and asks for his autograph.
