problem with house value

hi.. need advice and anything

i purchase a house with the value lower than the market value (by comparing to the next phase launching value)
new lauching is around 320k while i'm getting it at 250k (first launch was only 270k)

the reason given by the owner need fast cash to settle everything..
the owner still owe the bank around 230k only..

everything goes right... until today.. a state government valuer call me asking why the value of the house is so low.. and require me to top up more on stamp duties..

1. do i have to pay more stamp duty just to level with current market value?
2. is it somthing wrong here on the purchase.. until now.. i don' feel nothing fishy yet..

i already withdraw my EPF and already paying 8% downpayment to my lawyer..

hi..

tonite, i will having a unofficial interview (weird..but it true.. just to discuss further on term and condition)

currently i'm working with consultant company involve in public transport as project engineer, the only drawback is that the salary is bit low... still can't make 40k/p anum even with 7 years exp. but having all facilities such car loan interest, housing, phone, medical including maternity and dental. and it GLC company with confirm annual bonus and increment.. somemore.. it easy for for u to make loan.. with Berhad company at the end of your company's name behind..

now, i've been offered by one contractor company to be a project manager with 70k/anum handle a project with my ex company but without all above mentioned facilities (loan, medical etc) with 6 day a week of working .. job security also not known.. since
1. it just a 2 years project.. maybe it going to be extended maybe not
2. not knowing future project since it is a political company rather purely engineering company
3. has to meet back my friends but in different uniform
4. will be in a different role .. 7 years as employer/ client and now be a contractor..

it 30k/anum enough to do such role?

loan : car interest subsidy = max rm 50k @ 4%

mileage claim = RM0.70/ KM
meal allow = RM50/day without receipt
accommodation = RM 40/day w/out receipt or Max at RM240/day with receipt

Hi.. need an advice..

which is good to print my photo

1. selphy or eqv type (using sub-dye type)
2. ink jet - canon pixma, epson. etc

my consideration (top order first)- low cost-quality-size of print out

i use to have selphy canon printer. but i drop it and damage..( at 69c per pc.. it quite reasonable.. sometime i'm damn lazy to go to photo print shop + personal picture

i also use to have a canon ip600 (if i'm not mistaken) few years back.. and the ink drain quite fast...

so suggest me with the model ,price and why..

My apartment construction stop

my apartment has been stop the construction works since march.. almost completed

i've met the developer.. and blaming the MBSA because of the septic tank issue..
they only can resume the work as soon as on jan 08..

is it true..? can i check with MBSA on this matter to double check? or they just put on the blame to MBSA..

Buying Under Construction Apt

hi.. anyone here buying under construction house/apt?

i buy one.. and feel like my apt not to be completed within the time..it supposed to be completed by this july, but the construction seems like been halted for nearly 3 month (starting this year)..
so..

1.how do you check the progress of the construction beside the claim notification from architect ? it halt at 65% progress claim now..

2. if the construction delay from expected completion date .. do i entitle any LAD?

3. how long do I have to pay the interest to bank if the developer failed to complete the construction at all??

4. and the most important thing..what should I do (beside praying to GOD that the construction can be completed..)
