Motherboard issue + lowyat got repair?

Just got back from oversea lately, on my computer and it goes into window as usual

But after a while, window crash ( hang) and follow by long beep. I brought my com to nearest shop and they said the mobo is basically dead

I am just wondering if anyone know of any sifu who can diagnose mobo and possibly repair it? or any lowyat shop provide repair or help to send for repair?

I know its easier to get one, but im running on Micro BTX board which is attached with Asus casing; which is non replacable easily.

The asus model is asus t3-p5945gcx fyi

Eye too small for lasik?

Hey all,

I am scheduling to do my Lasik pretty soon on 8th May in Vista, The Curve

Went for doctor meetup yesterday and he mentioned that my overall size of eye (the external surface- lids and etc) is too small and the suction ring MIGHT not fit in.

He said he MIGHT need to cut a few mm...hopefully not cm at the right side of my eye so he can increase the width,height to fit in the suction ring on the day... This would cost me additional Rm 500 for both eyes

Just wondering if anyone has undergone this? I am actually a bit uncomfortable with the eye cutting to enlarge part....

Do kindly advise on this matter as I am kinda uncertain at the moment.. Laser is bad now but now have to cut? as far as I am concern.. damages,scar around eye area is hard to heal as a result of tears

Any suggestion/advise is highly recommended from those with experience.

Well, life has been on schedule and stabled a bit nowaday and thinking of going back to WoW to have some casual gaming, since that the time I spent in Dota, TD is no different if I am going to play WoW anyway.

Question is, should I go back now? Previously I was hacked and only 70% of my gear could be restore and it was kinda sucky dps gear (Warrior), I lost every bit of my tanking gears.

Or should I just wait for like 2 months before wrath release before going back?

Network connection breaking up

Broadband : Jaring Wireless ( direct connection)
location : Puchong

Since this weekend, I have issue connecting to the internet.

The sent is very high and receive is real low and breaking up constantly. I called jaring up and they verify that there is no issue on the connection and they suspect a virus infection. I scanned my computer but I couldn't find any visible one.

In order to confirm with jaring technician, I tried using my laptop to online using the same soma port and It work flawlessly. No issue detected.

Therefore I went and format my computer yesterday hoping it will rectify the problem. Initially, It works well and I managed to update my spyware terminator and do some surfing. After a couple computer reboot, the same issue occur again.

Any Sifu have any idea whats going wrong? Is it some configuration issue in network or something?

Any help is appreciated

Bluetooth & Pda Internet Setting

Hi guys, just recently bought an Asus p525 pda and was wondering whether I can connect it to internet via Bluetooth on desktop( USB type)

I managed to link both device together. So current my network place got

1) 1394 connection
2) local area network ( Im using jaring wireless)
3) Bluetooth network ( this one bluetooth ba:)

Been trying all night trying to allow my desktop to share connection but unable to do so. Anyone out there can give any suggestion how to go along?
