diet:5 meals per day high protein(HL milk,chicken brest,loads of whole eggs) and low carb and i take about 150g protein per day.

supplements:multivit twice per day, lipo 6

workout: weight training on 5 days per week at gym, rest saturday, jogging on sunday(HIIT)

goal:hope to drop FAT around my waist and sustain muscles, probly make em bigger

stats:176cm ,79kgs

dosage:I personally jus started lipo 6 today 2 pills per day.

short term result:
1.i feel a bit hot 1st time taking it, but i drank a lot of water throughout the day, then solved the prob
2.i feel shaky after a hard workout at gym jz nw...but it only lasted abt 1min..
3.BUT i feel very endurance and strong during my workout today.

using windows xp and detanator latest drivers barton+ gf 4 ti4200

monitor + tv = clone mode..

works perfectly....but cant show videos displayed in mediaplayer..(in tv)...what happened???can any 1 help me out.....

suddently the tvout dont work anymore....it can work before booting into windows....

they ask me take toshiba instead of sony bcos they say sony easy to rosak....but i see sony`s image is DAMN NICE BRIGHT...
