Hi All,

Im new in buying a property, therefore i really hope that any of you can assist me on this issue.

Property price ( An Apartment ) RM 160,000

Decide to loan 85%

Since this is my very first property, and i have no idea on the process flow, therefore would you mind to brief me the processes?
I paid my deposit RM 3200 yesterday ( 3 May 2008 ), and would need the Sales & Purchase Agreement to be prepared within 12 days ( Before 16 May 2008 )

How soon can the Sales & Purchase Agreement can be prepared?
Can anyone of you tell me the price i need for all the process inclusive sales and purchase agreement, mot, legal fee and etc.

Loan Package :

Fixed for first 10 years from Public Bank

Free Legal Documentation
First 10 years 5.70% p.a.
11th year onwards BLR - 1.65% p.a.

Please advise me on the loan package as well

High Pay or MNC?

Im in situation where i been offer a job in one of the MNC company in Malaysia, however my current salary been revised, and its about 30% more compare to the MNC one.

If you are me, which you would like to choose, go with the MNC ot stay?
