Hi all,

got some question on the cukai tanah. Let say we've buy a 2nd hand apartment, everything settle alraedy, bank released all the money, and I am paying the installment. So regarding the cukai tanah, how to proceed? WIll the bandaraya send a letter every yr as reminder? or we need to pay every yr ourself? really no idea and no experience on this.

Hi all. I would like to know some info regarding roadtax renewal.
Can v renew our roadtax for 6 months period at post office? I know it can be done at JPJ, but post office can or not?

Hi all. Is it true that the lower the rpm reading, the better of the car's fc?

Currently I'm driving a b14 sentra '97(A).
RPM = 2700 @ 110km/h
The FC is around 11-13km /l

I'm interested to know others car like toyota seg 1.6, myvi 1.3, toyota vios, city idsi, hyundai getz 1.4. Both auto and manual............

The nearest i know is Tmn Oug Citrus Park. So anyone can help??
Other places that i familiar around that area are: Jalan Kelang Lama, Jalan Kuchai Lama. Got a Central Supermarket as well.

I got questions regarding back seat car safety belt. Why cars registered from yr 95 and above need to install whereas cars older than that no need ah?
Does it means the governmnt is going to launch some policy against old cars like :
(1) cars below yr 95 has to be scrapped
(2) cars below yr 95 cannot travel outstation

I'm planning to spay her. So wanna ask those who got experience spaying their dogs before, how ah??
How to take care? What should be done before and after?
I've call the vet and the price quoted is RM250, ok ah??

Hi there, wanna ask any of u buy dog food, supplement, toys, accesories online before??
Like buy from USA, UK, Australia website using credit card.
Just wanna ask besides the shipping fee, is there any other charges like tax or watever??
I scared that after I've bought something, when they ship to Malaysia, will got stuck at the custom and need to pay tax, then need to go get the item from custom or watever...........
Those who got experience can share ah?? Like wat u buy? From where? payment method? Receiving method? etc.....

Just come to my mind. If u buy a 2nd hand property, the SAP will stated that the vendor will pay all the quit rents, bills bla bla until the day that name has been transferred right?
So how about Indah Water bill?? The vendor pay or the new owner pay??
The bill payment will be settled before handing over the property to new owner rite? wat if the vendor din pay??
