I will be leaving the country very soon. So I am now selling these items at a very affordable price.

The price is RM 350 for Proc + Mobo + 2 HSF (one proc - artic cooling and one southbridge - thermalright).

I will also include a genuine Windows XP Home Edition + 1 CD-Rom and 1 DVD-Rom which I am not sure are working or not. A chapalang casing will be provided and to make this deal even more interesting I will also throw in a Chaintech AV710 (soundcard).

Bringing my Dog from Malaysia to U.K.

Dear All Dogs Owner,

I will be relocating soon, and will need to bring my beloved dog to go to U.K. with me.

Any of the dog owners here have any experience in bringing their dog into U.K.?

I have research and have acquired quite an amount of information from:

Defra, UK

Have also contacted a few Carrier Agency, where these people are hired to pick up dogs from Airport for quarantine. I am quoted RM 15k for this. Oh my goodness.

Anyone please help. I really need to have my dog to go with me.

I have just reserve a unit yesterday, and now preparing documents for applying the loan from RHB Bank with the BLR of -2.2% for 38 years.

Alright, my main concern now is, if the developer run away, what will be the worst case scenario? As the developer says, we will only need to pay our installment once the construction finishes, so does it mean, if the developer ran away, and the construction does not finish, I will never need to pay although the loan is approved? Or is still like previous cases where I still have to pay if the developer runs away.

I have purchased my MBWE II (2 Tera) 2 months back. Due to the limitation, I decided to hack it, and it was a success in installing Bittorent Client on it, and also a Webserver on it.

Today, I was trying to install a printer server on it. However, did a mistake in removing 2 fundamental files, and bricked my beloved N.A.S.

Am now trying to look for people those who have the same item, MyBook World Edition (2 Tera) to upload these 2 file for me, so that I can try to unbrick it.
