            <title>Fail to install Windows XP</title>

            <description>&lt;u&gt;Broadband provider&lt;/u&gt; &lt;br /&gt;ISP/package: 1.5MB SDSL Streamyx&lt;br /&gt;Location: Office&lt;br /&gt;Have you called your ISP&amp;#39;s helpline?: not ISP problem, more to internal network issues&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Personal equipment&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modem: Streamyx Billion SDSL modem&lt;br /&gt;Router: Few Routers DLINK, TPLINK, Etc&lt;br /&gt;Firewall used: Yes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Problem details&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First occurence of problem: Last Week&lt;br /&gt;Problem frequency: 1st time&lt;br /&gt;Problem description: All of sudden the network down. When the network is up again, certain department loose their connection. Below is my roughly sketched network layout. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src='http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s70/Arkaine_photos/Network.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now the issue is when ever I established the connection to the computer LABs... the whole Network will go down.&lt;br /&gt;but if I unplug the 1st WAP n 2nd WAP connection and connected the computer labs... The whole computer labs can have access the Internet... but the 3rd WAP still having issues.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Is the IP address issues?? Before this it got no problem.... if the IP address not enough, ppl will have to wait for the next available ip....(applied on WAP (Student&amp;#39;s clients)). It only started last week.</description>

            <title>How to back up data from harddisk</title>

            <description>Hi there,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m wondering how to back up data from the harddisk, &lt;br /&gt;Eg. I want to reformat the harddisk... but need to create backup, so I plug it into other cpu... manage to save all secondary partition.&lt;br /&gt;However I can&amp;#39;t access certain data in other folders in the primary disk.             <title>Cannot reformat Lappie</title>

            <description>This is weird... According to my colleague, he tried to format his laptop runnning XP SP2...&lt;br /&gt;When he run the OS CD(s), the setup cannot detect any harddisk.&lt;br /&gt;But when he boot up normally... can enter his previous OS system. His Harddisk also detactable in bios setting.&lt;br /&gt;Checked for error also got no bad sector, no dying sound.             <title>Error when Installing XP</title>

            <description>I have problem when installing windows xp. on certain point when installing... it will show error on copying certain files.&lt;br /&gt;I run a check in the internet... some said it was RAM issues.... but I tried with new ram but the same problem occurred. I change with a new hardisk also the same problem. I even tried to change the optical drive and motherboard seems no avail. what might be the problem??
