I am handling the company IT stuff, and I had problem sending email to hotmail account from my company mail.

I had checked , there is no virus on the network, and my mail server IP address is not blacklisted (checked with mxtoolbox.com).

server 2003 log off immediately after log in

I installed the newest windows update on server 2003 and restarted. When I tried to log in either local administrator account or domain adminstrator account, it show "loading personal settings" and "saving settings", after it will immediately log off and back to the log in screen. I tried reboot in safe mode, but still cannot log in.How to solve this problem?

IIS problem

I have this public IP address :"A" set for the IIS web site all these while, now I want to change the website to use " B"public Ip address instead of " A" IP. I try to change it in the DNS server Host record, but it still point to the old IP address.

I read one article that, if u are under 35, u should spend as much time as possible to advance your career to build up your capital , before investing in investment vehicle that require much time to monitor(stock, warranty, futures, contract).You can invest in UT and FD of course.But after 35, u should switch much of your time and money to more exotic investment vehicles to maximize your secondary income and.what is your opinion on this?

MS SQL Backup to different Server

I had backup my company SQL data to local server, but to have extra assurance, I want to backup to other server daily on non peak time.I use maintainance plan, but don't have such option to do that, only to local drive only.

forgot to put emergency brake down

today I so blur I drive my car,when I nearly reach the tol station, I found out you have to press the brake until to the floor to make the car stop, nearly accident. After that I found out my emergency brake didn't put down. Do I need to find a service shop asap to fix the problem, what should I tell the mechanic ?thanks.

I have this one email user who put their email at the POP3 server,it download to the user computer, but the a copy is still at the server.Other user dont have this problem, they download all the email from the POP3 server , and the email on the server is gone. (my company using open source email server)

Is there an option in Microsoft outlook 2007 that force the POP3 server to keep a copy on the server.? Thanks
