Problem with Aztech NA8300 Wireless G Router

Ok, situation's like this.

I tried to configure a Aztech NA8300 Wireless G Router.
So I plugged in the power adapter & connect the yellow RJ-45 cable into the LAN port of the router & the ethernet port of my PC.

But the connection is not successful, the icon @ taskbar would show "acquiring network address" but the next second "network cable unplugged". The LED on the router kept blinking rapidly. The abovementioned scenario continues (I tried all 4 ports).

I did a manual reset to the router, problem persist.

When the router's idle with no RJ-45 cable connected, the power LED's on, the WLAN LED blinking slowly, is this normal?

So what could be the problem? I can connect to the router via wifi connection, but can't access the menu at 192.168.1.1 .

FYI, the OS is WinXP Home SP2.
NA8300 firmware version: 37.2.8
