The Gigabyte Odin Pro is modular psu, means cable can be taken on and off.. BUT, some of the cable is missing.. if you check in the gigabyte website here: ODIN Pro 550W, it show the package come with:

Biostar T690G driver

First of all, this is my PC spec:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ Windsor
Biostar T690G motherboard
4x 1GB Kingston DDR2 667MHz
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD2600XT
WD 500GB AAKS SATA Hardisk
Panasonic Matshita DVD-RAM Sw-9588 SATA
Viewsonic VX2255wmb LCD Monitor

I just format my PC, because changing hardisk. Now, i want to install driver for my PC. But, i want to install the latest driver available. So i went to Biostar website here, but it show no latest driver. Then i googling around, i found that i can download the chipset driver from ATI website. I just need to choose the ATI Catalyst Display Driver Motherboard/IGP Drivers.. So i download the Catalyst Software Suite, which latest ver is 8.7.. btw, i also download all the driver in the biostar website, in case i may need something else..

After formatting the PC with Windows XP pro, i install the catalyst software suite and restart.. i get the graphics working properly.. but in device manager, there are still some more driver that need to install.. so i install the driver that i download from biostar website.. i install the LAN driver, and get the network working.. next i install audio driver, and restart.. but i did not get the audio working!!! this is the problem for me.. no sound after installing audio driver.. control panel still showing no sign of audio can be set..

to all Biostar T690G owner and user, what is the step you do when install driver for this motherboard? what you do to install latest driver? are you using latest catalyst driver to update your driver, or there is some other way to get latest driver for this motherboard?

Btw, i also have Sapphire Radeon 2600XT install on this motherboard.. it wont have problem with this right???

another complaint.. if i use DVI to connect to my LCD (either on board or graphic card), i see only blank screen during BIOS boot, until it login to windows, then i see the graphic.. but, if i use analog cable, i can see BIOS booting fine.. is this normal?? i dont really bother about this, since i can change the cable if i need to enter BIOS.. but, it will help if i can see BIOS with DVI cable..

Hi all ICE gurus..

i'm driving satria, my ICE setup something like this:

1. Pioneer 5750 HU
2. front component speaker (dont remember what brand)
3. JBL Concorde sub woofer
4. a/d/s 860MX 8 channel amplifier

My problem here, my speaker output instabilize sound.. sometimes, my car hit a pole, it will become instabilize also.. in order to stabilize it so it can produce normal sound, i need to increase the volume.. are there anything that i can check or do first, before i bring my car to shop?

hi..

in the front page of lowyat.net, soometime i will click the HOME button to refresh and look at new reply or topic created.. but, there is some problem happen to me recently.. it started about a day or two before.. whenever i click the HOME button, sometime it will bring me to search page with random search.. like the picture below, it search Geforce.. btw, i'm using Firefox 1.5.0.9
