Viewing image is somewhat orange-ish

I just moved to LCD some time ago. And what I notice when I view a picture on Windows Photo Gallery, the whole thing turns to somewhat orange-ish. Below is the screenshot of how it looks like.

If you can see that the part where the image is showing is the only place it turns orange-ish. Everything else just as the same color. I think its the LCD profiles settings somewhere but I just can't find where to do the settings. I said its LCD profiles is because this also happens in Photoshop but after I use the proper files (LCD's profile), white is white.

Can anyone enlighten of what's wrong? Vista's fault or what?

need advice on upgrading comp (mobo specifically)

I need some advice on upgrading my computer. Currently I'm using AMD 3200+ on 939 mobo and want to upgrade to AM2 with AMD X2 4200+. The only problem I am facing is choosing which motherboard because right now bceause I have 3 IDE Hdd. and all NF5 based mobo right now only has 1 IDE slot. After doing some research, I see some AM2 mobo are built with NF4 chipset and I have considered this mobo, Gigabyte GA-M55SLI-S4. But after scouring the internet for info on this mobo, I see all info I found are pretty much problems people are facing with this mobo which makes me kind of doubtful on the reliability of this mobo. Does anyone using this mobo have any comment on this mobo?

My second option was just to get a NF5 based mobo and then use an IDE expansion card for my IDE Hdd. I consider this an option since sooner or later, I will pretty much change my IDE hdd to a SATA hdd instead. The only problem is, is using IDE expansion card for my IDE hdd a good idea? Does it have any effect on the perfomance of the hdd? If it doesn't, what NF5 based mobo would you guys recommend?

Oh yeah, my budget is RM1500. and the only thing I want to change is proc, mobo and RAM. For proc as I said, I already set my mind on X2 4200+ and RAM am going for Corsair PC5300 IGB stick (want to buy another 1GB soon).

extracting WavPack

I just donwloaded an album in a WavPack. I can play it fine, but since I am not as familiar with WavPack, a single .wv contains the whole album rather a single .wv for a single song. I've downloaded .wv files before but the songs were separated. From there I can just convert them to mp3. But the one I just donwload is within 1 fle. So if I play the file, I'm playing the WHOLE album. Can it somehow be extracted 1 song to one file?

This is the same thing when I download an album and only have a single .flac. I can play it fine, but I'll be playing the whole album.
