SATA wont install windows

i got 2 hdisk.. 1 is PATA n another is SATA II seagate.. i put windows on my PATA coz it was my old hdisk and SATA i just bought it.. then when i install SATA, the driver(from mobo to detect SATA) is useless.. i tried to download it from official also useless.. then i go SEAGATE website then it succeed.. my mobo is DFI NF4 ultra infinity..

ok now my PATA broke.. so i need to install windows on my SATA rite.. but i can't..
here's the prob, after 'inspecting hardware configuration' screen, it shows 'txtsetup.sif corrupt or missing'.. then now 'Line 9414 of the INF file \i386\txtsetup.sif is invalid'.. i do it zillions time will appear the same screen..
dont say about the press F6 coz i also cannot enter tat section..

for all forumer, pls tell me step by step on how to fix the txtsetup.sif and let me install windows on my SATA.. thanx
