Help me with jumper setting

Hi all..
i've trouble installing multiple hdd on my rig..
i think it is cause by the jumper setting..
anyone knows how to set the jumper to the correct setting?

fyi, my first hdd is seagate and had Windows XP intall on it..
then i bought maxtor as my second one n try to install it..
when i start the pc after installing maxtor, windows doesnt start up..
but when i disconnect the maxtor, windows work as normal..

my CDROM now set as master..
my seagate as slave..
on what setting should i put my maxtor on?

Hi..recently i have a project that need me to use coldfusion, mysql and apache..
the problem is when i try to launch the page it couldnt open the admin page..

the eror msg id this
the CFIDE folder doesn't exist or that it can't find the file

just wondering, what is the good and bad just changing the HID bulb which cost around RM120-200 rather than the rm500-1k++ or even more?
