Local Area Connection Problem

I have been monitoring this problem since when streamyx started to limit the torrent download (Cant exceed 40 or 50 kb/sec with 1mbps packets)

Ok, the problem I facing was that the number of my Sending Packets is always more than the Receiving Packets, just like the picture shows below:

As you can see, the Sent number is greater than Receive number. Sometime even got million of different, I don't know why.
I have try lots of methods to deal with this problem.

(i) Using either on-board lan port or PCI network card give me same results.
(ii) Format PC also same problems (3 times btw).
(iii) Scanning PC using anti-virus founds clean and clear.
(iv) Reset the modem and get different IP also no change.
(v) Set the upload limit of my utorrent to only 10kb but unlimited of download, no changes.

Before this, my receiving was always greater sending which I experienced almost 3 years of using.
I'm currently using Windows XP Home Edition SP3, Intel Pentium D, Streamyx subscribed with 1mbps.

Besides, one of my friends' Local Area Connection shows 300,000,000+ of receiving but only 10,000,000+ of sending.

Modem and Router light keep blinking even no use.

Ok, I will straightly going into my problem here.

I just realize that the "internet light" of my modem and router will keep blinking (which means there's some data sending out or receiving) even there is no computer connected to it. Some ppl's modem is showing DSL instead of "internet".

When I open my PC and check the Local Area Connections Status, the packets will sent out and receiving and yet, I'm not using internet or doing some surfing or windows update. I can 100% confirm that there is no internet usage when I am checking this.

Anyone can help me to deal with this problem ? Is there any log analysis to help me check the activity ? I'm using Window XP SP3 by the way. Thanks.

PS: my bad for not mentioning, it's not the line is not stable. What I mean is that there is no internet activity but my router will still receive data. Including there is no computer connect direct to the router.

PSP 2000 analog problem

Bought my PSP 2000 last year, Japan model.

Seldom play games using analog because kinda dislike using analog on PSP

Last time played the God of War already found out that my character will keep running upward even I didn't push on it.
I noticed that it's my analog problem and can be solved when I keep rotating the analog. So didn't really take care about it.

However I noticed that the problem is getting often, playing the Star War Force Unleashed, it will keep selecting upward in the menu (kinda annoying); playing Monster Hunter, the character keep running upward and so on. Even I adjusted it and restart my PSP, problem coming out again

Anyone also facing this kind of problem and have any solutions to solve it ? I heard that someone even remove the analog and the character still moving in one direction .

NDSL lite battery life issue

Just bought my NDSL 1 week ago and enjoying playing it, but there's one problem: battery life won't last long.

I'm using EDGE flash card, lowest light and with75% of volume but the battery life is only like around 5 hours. The game i was playing is Jump Ultimate Stars which i believe it won't cost more battery usage than those 3D games.

Is this battery life normal? cause from the manual, it said that with lowest light + sound = around 15hours for original games.
