Counter offer during job confirmation?

May i know is it possible for us to do counter offer during job confirmation. If let say your current salary is rm3.5k, after the probation period, they will confirm you and offer additional rm200 for your increment. But, u feel not satisfy and want to get more than that, let say rm500 to make it become rm4,000. Assume that your performance is good and acceptable during probation period, do you think it's possible?

Do we need to give any letter or salary negotiation letter to give the reason why need more that that? In the letter, mayb we can indicate what's your future plan and why u worth that much. If it is beneficial to the company, i don think that the boss won't think that much and worry about additional rm300 as investment, right?

halo...i wan to know whether the car loan interest rate can be reduced or hike by next year? Now, proton and perodua share the same rate for car loan...5 years is 3.5%, 7 years is 3.65%, 9 years is 3.75%...i heard salesman said that it is the lowest in the history record..they said it will increase after 2009, is that true?

If u look from a good point, economic crisis somehow can encourage people to become more initiative and eager to run own businesss...

My family auntie and uncle who is came back from spore bcos their company going to shut down on this year end..now they come back to think about business, i feel this is a great time for them to do that since they already 40++, near year 50 d(retire age)..

If not because of recession, i guess they may not think about own business, but always think to get the stabil money from fix employment only..

As i known, Malaysia road tax rate was made effective from 1st January 2007. However, the amount difference is of only MYR10 to MYR20. Hopefully that the government can propose new road tax rates in the 2009 Budget.

Let’s look at some situations people face during this recession, which is affecting more and more people nowadays:

Bank Interest rates cut
Falling housing sales and reduced equity values
Companies are downsizing, rightsizing, and filing for bankruptcy
No job security
Unemployment rate continues to get worse...

So what do u think who is the most affected group? For sure, people may say poor people most affected but Boss will face much pressure from multiple source than employee...Everybody is in worst situation..

I feel confident with China economy and mayb it can become main economy in future...but the only problem is now USD control all the oversea transaction(import and export)...GDP value of China would be lower than US, this is the major concern...so, do u think will the value of RMB will catch up to USD in coming 20 years?

every people oso know that China is the huge and potential market and they can gain a lot of profit even u do business in their country only and without dealing with import and export...
