Hi,

My case now is like this. In my contract was stated temporarily employment contract..the period was 6 months and is stated that the contract shall terminate automatically upon expiry unless terminated based on this following clause.
Clause- your services can be terminated by both sides if given one month notice or payment lieu thereof.
Now the 6 months period is over. They offer me another permanent staft contract with pay increment but i now want to resign. i have not sign the new contract yet but am receiving the pay increase for around 2 months.
The question now is can i resign with a 24 hours notice?
Anyone out that can help me would be great.
