my celcom broadband bill

as per title..

i am using d50 package (monthly rm50) that for <25 year old..
so the problem is, since i use this package for the past few months, i always have been charged with truetone and wallpaper subscription!!!
which i dont have any idea how did i get it.
it always send sms (through the broadband simcard) mentioning that ' your truetone/wallpaper subscription has been renewed'.
it also mention if want to unsubscribe, need to send sms.

the thing is, iianm, this simcard cant send sms (as well as outgoing call) right, isnt it?
so how do on earth can i reply to those spam sms???!!
(and in the 1st place, what is the use of true tone and wallpaper for my simcard in the modem!!!)

i already went to branch to report about this, but then again, still receive those spam sms.
recently i had call customer service (1111) to reissue this problem, and that person said action will be taken to stop that so-call charges.
but today, i still receive that sms!!! now i am fed up with them!!!

what should i do guys? kept calling the 1111? i am tired about this dragging problem...
plz help me to solve this celcom problem.

need help here. as mentioned, any way to get contact details, at least address, by IC number?
i am thinking of using SPR website, but it only state area, not more than that.

as the title, afaik, there are few modes of program can be selected for the master study:

- research only
- coursework and research
- coursework only

so guys, those who are/ were once master students, or those who knows, can u plz explain the difference (advantages and disadvantages) between each of those 3 modes, especially the former 2. in terms of preference, job prospective, future, employability and others.

i just wanna make some kind of survey here...
i want to know public consumers opinion...
its for those who do MNP (porting) to celcom UOX prepaid plan. (btw, welcome to UOX! )
kindly plz cast ur vote and give ur reason too.
this is what u can share here:

1. where u were from, before porting to UOX. (telco, postpaid/prepaid)
2. reason/s why u port out from there. (take notice its not the reason why u port to uox,quite different , we all know uox advantages )
3. others related stories, up to u.

Help me all experts...
as the title, the folder cant be renamed, deleted, or cut (try to cut it to recycle bin)
it said something like need permission to do so, [destination folder access denied](but i already use my account!)
and something like folder operation.

help me plz...
i'm using vista 32.

and that folder contain installer, not sure its related or not.

cannot use simcard memory...whats the problem?

my problem is i cant open my simcard contact.the phone contact is okay..
also cannot add new contact into simcard memory...
so guys, do u know what is the problem behind this???
actually this simcard is the second i use into my phone, the first simcard is okay, got no problem about this...
oh, 1 more thing, it is sony e. phone...

looking forward to buy a notebook ASAP..
currently have these two options to choose from...so far... (range within 2.4k)
i am looking for the value for money one, the one that i can use for long period, before changing a new one...
so which one should i choose??!!
plz give me advise as i can make decision wisely...
or u all can give other better options,if any, apart from these two models..

its been about two (or more!) weeks since digi introduce their new prepaid plan....
that is topup 100 and get one year period..
while maxis already do it one month ago...
then how about celcom?? i am tired of waiting them to introduce it...
or do they wont make such a plan?
if i not mistaken, they were asked by govenment to do so werent they?
