Booking AirAisa tickets online

Asking this on behalf of a busy friend. Does anyone have any experience with booking AirAsia tickets online? My friend wanted to pay his tickets through Maybank but the tab for direct debit had already disappeared.

In that case, can the tickets be booked by through phone with a debit card (can't work online, only physical purchases)?

Hanged PC resulted in internet problems

Something's wrong with a friend's computer, during the midst of a game it hanged and he hard restarted. After restarting, some functions were absolutely screwed up (address bar permanently gone in browser, double click became cut function), and although he can connect to the the internet, he can't browse any websites nor log on to Yahoo or MSN messenger.

After running a diagnostic, it said that his LAN address needs to be fixed, but it failed while fixing. He also mentioned that Google.exe was in his system. Computer performance became slow and AVG as well as other spyware detectors couldn't pick up any viruses, worms or trojans.

So, apart from reformatting the hard disk, is there any way to solve this problem?

Connection Malfunction

As usual, the problem's not on my side, I'm just posting on behalf:

Broadband provider
ISP/package:Streamyx 1MB
Location: Bangsar
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: Yes

Personal equipment
Modem: Aztech DSL600E
Router: -
Firewall used: Zonealarm

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Couple of days ago
Problem frequency: Random
Problem description: Disconnected,busy,cannot surf web.

I remembered posting something similiar back then but that was because TMNet had maintenance in my area (I Think) And after that incident, things went back as usual with nice decent speed. Now the problem I'm having is up to boiling point, a couple of days ago, the problem started with me unable to surf, at first I thought it could be TMNet doing repairing or something like that,I don't bother. After a day or two and the problem still persists, it's starting to tick me off, the weird thing is I can ping. I can receive and send messages in Yahoo but I couldn't sign into MSN,MSN is giving me that Keyport error saying I got proxy addy problem or firewall, which is odd since I disabled firewall and I don't use proxy.

And then comes to the website part, after I connected,I can go connected to Yahoo...for a few seconds then the loading bar goes dead. I can ping but I couldn't go google. All websites gives me blank pages, sometimes only words and not images nor background. WTF? I cannot surf any websites. >_<
I'm desperate here, could it be my PC? Or was it TMNet? I called them and they always wouldn't bother to assist, always tells me that DSL light on or not and all that crap. Anyone else suffer the same problem? T_T

Streamyx connection problem

Posting on behalf of a friend:

I hate to ask but are there any users in Klang Valley, around Bangsar, suffering from connection problems? I'm using 1MB TMNet line and I keep losing my connection. I cannot go to Youtube,I can go to Yahoo, I can log into Yahoo but I couldn't enter MSN. It's like a few hours it'll be normal and then after that, it goes haywire again.

Why couldn't TMNet post updates on their news section to inform users they're having maintenance or something!? I'm so frustrated that I couldn't surf for my research references today!
