We are providing world class support and managed services to our Global customers/partners for our solutions and related technologies. We are looking for motivated and knowledgeable engineers with strong knowledge/skills in the following areas:

1) Telephony (ISDN(E1/T1)) & VOIP (specially SIP/RTP/SRTP/TLS/T.38 etc. CCNA (voice) skill set.

2) Windows Networking Administration and troubleshooting (Domains, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows 2003 Server, etc), MCSE skill set.

3) Databases (Oracle, SQL Administration, reporting), Unified messaging (exchange, Lotus notes) or Programming/scripting.

Position is only available to Malaysian nationals or to only those candidates who already hold a valid work permit for Malaysia. Associate Support Engineer is an entry level position within Interactive Intelligence support and is open to new computer sciences graduates and have a specific career path within the Services organization (Position can lead to Senior Support Engineer, Principal engineer, technical account manager, Technical team lead, system/Field engineer, development, consulting expert, training consultant, project and engagement manager, management etc). Successful candidate will go through training, certification and mentoring program of up to 2 months before actively starting the role.

Primary Responsibilities:

1) Be part of Support ACD queue to work on level 1 and 2 issues coming via Phone, call, chat, email from our partner's/customer's engineers.

2) Work as part of Managed Services team to perform proactive support, MACs and monitoring of customer production environments/data centers.

3) Participate in onsite and professional services activities as required.

4) Be direct point of technical contact to provide high quality Software and Hardware support to experts from our partners and customers for ININ solutions and related technologies.

5) Participate in emergency support coverage rota. (Approx after 6 months) Responsible for staying abreast of current technologies, industry trends and develop advanced expertise in one of the subject matters (Telephony, Networking, VOIP, DBs or Programming etc).

Travel requirement: Varies - Up to 30% when fully trained.

Requirements:

Qualifications/Skills Required:

1) Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Software engineering or relevant field.

2) Strong knowledge and at least 6 months hands on experience with troubleshooting/administration/support of Microsoft window based applications, infrastructure and Voice Networks. Experience/knowledge with installation and troubleshooting of Win 2000/2003, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Voice networks, programming and databases.

3) Fluency in English is a requirement; Fluency in written/spoken Japanese language will be a huge plus.

4) Advanced Diagnostician, able to do advance troubleshooting that spans multiple subsystems.

5) Must be able to multi-task, including successfully working simultaneous projects/issues.

6) Must be able to handle pressure and work long hours under critical situations.

7) Good communicator and team player.

Qualifications/Skills desired (Nice to have skills):

1) Experience with development or software debugging/support using .Net technologies.

2) Gateways/Switches/Servers software/hardware (Cisco, HP etc), Telephony Hardware(Aculab, Dialogic, Audio Codes), IP Phones (Cisco/Polycom) etc.

3) Administration, troubleshooting and deployment of Exchange 2003/2007, Lotus Notes, Citrix, Oracle 9.X/10.X or SQL 2003/2005 Servers, Dialer and speech reorganization products (Nuance) etc.

4) Certification and/or Experience with Interactive Intelligence products/solutions will be a big plus.

5) Arabic and Japanese language skills be a big plus.

- i can see more n more PcWorks recable user now
- wanna thanks to my audiophile sith lord tat train me how to b more evil n get poison
- like others, my expression like this when heard it
- will like to know others review n comparison with the stock ksc-75 n also other Headphone earphone tat cost more than RM 150
- and most impotantly, i really impress on the workmanship of PcWork.... i always there to see how he braid those cable, how he solder everything, he done every step carefully, seriously, n in a much pro way.... he always said, "things tat made or produce under "PcWork" brand cannot simply do 1". hahaha, i always laugh when he said tat, but tat's true, tat's how he done his thing
so i guess PcWork deserve to have our respect n apreciation

actually i just got mine recable ksc-75 yesterday from my sith lord
previously i always say i prefer my stock 1, coz i already burn it well ( used more than 2 years, shud b more than 200 ~ 300 ussage?)
then till i go to his place to try again to test 9 9
PcWork recable ksc-75 got damn lot of improvement space depend on which Amp n source u pair, unlike the stock 1
