GC fan stuck @ 100%

My 4850 reference stock fan speed were suddenly stuck @100%.
every solution like CCC,rivatuner,Gpuz or any tuning software i try all seems fail.

peoples recommend to flash the bios...then i will void the warranty...any idea to help me?

my fren bought a notebook branded by prestigio.where can i fix this laptop.it is damaged with a power supply cannot connect to the laptop.already try with the universal adapter and what an amazing thing happen, the hole for the power supply is very different.

now im lost.where is the cheapest and easiest to repair this prob.waranty only at ipoh.too far

my fren juz bought ga ds3 p43 mobo thispc fair.when he try to install xp os the system say no cd boot manager.what is that.the cd priority 1st and setting has been default.cmos has been cleared and all has been checked.

so any idea?any1?thx in advance

I price check all 790fx mobo and this is the cheapest among all. Does it deliver a perfect job as a high end mobo?
I see there is a possible 3 way crossfire.And overclock BIOS setting which make oc a lot more easier.
Any opinions?
