Wireless Router always auto reboot

I have two wireless router, one is netgear DG834 and 3com office connect, this 2 router will always auto reboot after sometime (3 to 4 hours). I have flash the device to latest firmware but still cannot solve the problem, anyone know why?

I am using nokia 5300, when i play the mp3 through music player, the sound very great and loud, but if i set it as ringtone, when call coming in, the volume sound is very low (I try adjust the volume to 4 or 5 already), this same for SMS and alarm

every time when i open both IE7 and WM11, the song play in WM11 will suddenly pause then play after 1 or 2 second. I check the CPU and RAM usage, it does not hit 100% also. Anyone help?
