Electric Buzzing Sound in PSU

I bought an Enermax PSU PRO82 and have an electric buzzing sound when cold start, is it OK? Does there anything happen on my PSU? Is it any short circuit?

GP Charger -dv function?

I just bought 1 GP Charger the H500C, the sales person tell me that this charger got 1 function call -dv function which can protect the battery from over charge it. But i don't sure what the heck what that -dv function...can anyone help me explain this?

Recently bought a DC, the shop person free me the SDHC card, from my friend I get to know that I need a SDHC readable card reader to read the card. Any card reader in market is compatible for this purpose?

Hi bro, hope there was someone can help me on this issue
I had a P3600i, recently the phone always hand and i need to press the reset button
for restart it. This happen when I open MSN and IE sure hang after few minute. I already do hard reset
on my pda, but still happen Hope get some help here

Laser engine mouse?

Some question to discuss here...regard the mouse nowadays, many users adapt to laser mouse which claim work fine on shine. But do they also work fine on glass?
