A4Tech an old brand name in the market. From the normal ball mouse until X7 gaming series, users who came across peripherals sure know this brand name which is famous for their durability, comfortable and affordable technology. This time, I would like to intro another new product from A4Tech, the 16 in 1 function mouse the K4-35D. With the help of the software provided by the A4Tech, user can preset 16 different function into the mouse for convenient.

The design of the K4-35D is design ergonomics so that users can used the mouse more comfortable even in a long period working environment. The design is based on the Asian people hand size and when you try to feel it for the 1st time, mostly I believe that you will love the touch and feels. The buttons on the mouse is design so perfect and very smooth; the patented silent scroll let you enjoying noise less working environment.

This K4-35D mouse using the A4Tech patented Dual-Lens optical lens which this enable the mouse to working smoothly even on the shinning surface. Come with 1000DPI, I believe this mouse can give you a very awesome performance and accurately for daily usage even in gaming.

The 16 in 1 function is developed by A4Tech R&D department and is patented by A4Tech. This function is using the mouse extra button which normally is use as the 2X click button but this time, A4Tech add in 1 more function to this button. This time, the users can switch between 2X click function or 16 in 1 function. Under the 16 in 1 function, the users just need to hold down the button and move in the direction that the users set for the particular function to activate it.

Due to the software is developed by A4Tech its self and not by others 3rd partiers, so the users can worriless for software and hardware conflict. The software provided also is a user friendly software, with the easy to understand menu, users can configure the function that they want into their mouse. Maybe 16 function is too much to remember, but just for 8 users most used function, this is already a very powerful mouse!

Another advantage of the mouse is that this babe USB report rate is 500Hz which means that the report speeds of the mouse is 4 time faster than normal conventional mouse. This can eliminate the lagging of the mouse when users used under high speed movement like in the gaming.

Conclusion is that the 16 in 1 function in a mouse is a new thing in the market and is very convenient for those who work in office and want all things done in a click. With the software also, the user can set the button into 3X button which can let the user to perform triple click in a FPS…I believe this will be another powerful mouse in the market.

Today, would like to write a small review on the A4Tech X7 Gaming series mouse the XL-740K the latest laser sensor gaming mouse. As what we can see from today market, most of the users already starting to look into high-end, high performance, ergonomic, and comfortable mouse. Most of the users/ buyer will target to those branded name products like Logitech, Microsoft, Razer, SteelSereis.

But, don’t forget…there still have 1 brand which is in the market for so long due to its ergonomic, comfortable long time usage and durable design, the A4Tech. Since many year back, in my memory, A4Tech what I can call out is its mouse really last for long. Even the ball mice I use last time until now still can perform well. Now I would like to introduced 1 of the A4Tech series, the X7 series which is targeting for those who finding the High-End yet cheap and good in performance gaming product.

End of 2007, A4Tech made a big step in their gaming series R&D, they develop a new type of gaming mouse which is named as OSCAR series. The high-end version in the OSCAR series the XL-740K which is using the gaming grade laser sensor, shifted able DPI up to 3600DPI, built-in 16K memory and other special function.

This time, the mouse out look design is different compare to previous. The ergonomic design is based on Asian people’s hand. Not like other brand which is design based on European people hand. So this XL-740K can let you feel more comfortable for long period usage.

From the picture u can see that the curve design for the mouse button. This is design so that it can give more comfortable for the user under long period usage or under hardcore mode…lol Since the button for the XL-740K is using the high qualities button from OMRON, this enable the users to use the mouse last up to 8000000 time click.

The DPI shifted button as you can see is design just below the mouse wheel. The mouse enables the users to swift the DPI from as low as 100DPI and up to 3600DPI. At the side of the mouse there is 2 extra button which by default its can be use as a back & forward button in Internet browser. The rubber grip at the side of the mouse also functions as ANTI-SLIP for the user under the hardcore mode.

Another part that which I feel surprise for the A4Tech X7 series mouse is this time they come with the weight tuning which is 1st time I saw in the A4Tech product. This means that the A4Tech X7 now’s they are ready for gamer. This Oscar series mouse also enables the users to reconfigure all the mouse button, function or even set a macro for the mouse. The users also can set the mouse button respond time which this also can help in prolong the mouse life spam. The users also can configured and download it to the mouse memory and the users can use back the setting even on others pc.

The conclusion that I can give for this model is the mouse is come with all the high-end function and spec, but the outer look design for the mouse need to made more improvement. The freedom of reprogram how the mouse work also is an add-on advantage. But the software given not so friendly for those 1st time user.

[Small Intro] A4Tech G800 Gaming Keyboard

Some small write up for the A4Tech G800 Gaming Keyboard...G800, from what you can see here. There was no what we so call blinking lighting or any effect on the keyboard. The A4 gaming keyboard is design so is to let the users come to familiar with the keyboard function easily and without hazel. Due to the many add on button and function, the keyboard its self give us a feel that “Wow! What a long keyboard!” But fortunely the keyboard didn’t give us the weird feeling on its design. Inside the keyboard, there was a weight there which let the hardcore user to worry less of keyboard flying issues while in a games!

The character on the G800 is inscribed using the Laser, so you will not need to worry that the letter on the keyboard can be vanishing for so easy. One of my friend using the keyboard more than 6 year but the character still there compare to other brand name keyboard…I think you also going through this problems…More than that, each character on the A4Tech also done some special treatment to the character which this let the user feel more comfortable with it.

If you turn the keyboard around, you can see that below the keyboard it is design that to allow the water to flow out beneath it. This enable the user to wash the keyboard even thou inside the water. With this design also the users’ worriless for water to split on the keyboard since the keyboard is water proof.

In a gaming keyboard, most of the user concern of is the “W, A, S, D” and ““↑, ←, ↓, →” keys. These 8 keys is which those who play most on FPS games felt most important! The usage of this 8 keys can said to be the most keys press by the user in games. Due to this concern, A4Tech special design a rubber Anti-Slip key for this 8 button. Besides promising the users for its long period usage comfortable it also provides the user an Anti-Slip function.

The keyboard set also come with the changeable “W, A, S, D” and “↑, ←, ↓, →” keys and the key change tool. Just a simple step, the users can interchange between the rubber Anti-Slip keys with the traditional keyboard keys.

Beside that, this gaming keyboard is design to fit with the Asian people hand size which this is an add on comfortable & ergonomic design to us. With this, we no need to feel uneasy with those Western Fit design and hurt our hand in long-term usage.

This time, the G800 come with the extra 15 keys for the user convenient and gamer-friendly. Which those keys is which most the user used in games!

Same as previous gaming keyboard series, this time the G800 also come with the keyboard respond time changes function and Keys relocated function. Where the users can speed up the keyboard respond time up to 3 times faster than normal conventional keyboard. While the Keys relocated function enable the users to interchange the keys from “W, A, S, D” to “↑, ←, ↓, →” or vise versa. Or interchange the “Caps Lock” to “Ctrl” position. And also the “Windows” button can be lock from miss pressing while in a games.

Conclusion on this keyboard will be the design, the flexible, the responding time and the gamers friendly function made it a awesome keyboard. With the water proof design, the users can wash the keyboard even thou emerge the keyboard in the water with worry less. The bad point about this keyboard will be its still using the PS/2 connector instead of the USB connector.
