Looking for recommendation for a CMS

I need a recommendation for a CMS. I've been looking through a few of them lately and I can't seem to find the one that meets my needs.
I hope you smart people here can help me out.

I want a CMS that is content oriented meaning that it is actually just the backend where you create content for your site.
Most CMS I looked at are more portal oriented kind of things. They have their little side bar, with their little sidebar widgets. And you can post your news at the middle and they have all the pluggins and stuff. But what I want is something like typo (http://typosphere.org/). Where you can make a website that is portal-ish and manage the content with the CMS. The problem with typo is that it has a high learning curve. I'm on a tight schedule and the customers are not too tech savvy either so typo is generally out of the question.

I'm currently downloading modx(http://modxcms.com/) to try it out. It seem a little alpha. But has anyone used it?
Issue/bug tracker software

Hi I used to lurk. Now I need a little help. So I registered

I'm looking for a bug tracker software to use.
It needs to be available for php/mysql.

I have been using Bugs (http://www.thebuggenie.com/) for sometimes and liked it very much. Even though some more advanced features are lacking, Bugs is easy to use & setup.

So far I've work alone and it's fine. But recently I need to work together with some people on a project that requires community feedback. So one of the thing I need s to be able to make the bug reports public. So that the community can go through it. View bugs and/or rfe anonymously without login.

Bugs is sorely lacking in this aspect.

I've checked out Mantis (http://www.mantisbt.org/). It's very advanced but require a lot of tweaking, both config and code. Which I am capable of doing, but I want to spend time doing the project rather than tinkering with the bug tracker. Plus it's REALLY, REALLY fugly. Which is fine for me but I sort of keep the web interface nice and beutifull to attract more community participation. Otherwise only geeks like me will use the bug trackker

Trac (http://trac.edgewall.org/) is kind of nice. But I need something in php/mysql.

What else do you guys use? Any recommendation?
