T9 dictionary in Nokia 6280

I entered a wrong word into the T9 dictionary and accidentally saved it. Now every time I try to type the word, the wrong word appears first before the correct word. Is there a way for me to edit the T9 dictionary?

Dumb TMnet customer support

I called up customer support yesterday about some problems with my connection (read here). One of the suggestions I got was to unplug my telephone cable between my modem and wall outlet, reverse the ends and plug it back in. I dunno ... is that supposed to make any difference?!

No IP address but DSL signal is up

I use an Aztech DSL600ER ADSL2+ 4-port modem router in the office with firmware version 63.53.1. When I switch the modem on, the DSL light will become stable after a while but I can't connect to the web until I am assigned an IP, at which point the Internet light will come on. Normally, it will light up within a minute after the DSL light.

Today however, it has been taking anywhere between 10 to 50 minutes for the Internet line to come on. In other words, I can see that I have an active DSL signal on my modem configuration page, but for some reason I don't get an IP number until 10 to 50 minutes later.

Not only that, the moment I can finally connect to the web, my IP address will only stay active for about 5 or so minutes and I will get disconnected soon after. But when I check the configuration page my DSL signal is still up!

Any idea on what's happening?
