Dear expert,

If the owner initiate the rental agreement, the stamping fees is paid by who? I mean legally, I was told by th eowner that I can ask any lawyer in Malaysia, the stamping fees is bear by the tenant, is this true ?

Admin, im very angry !

I have search all the thread, but I cant find a real solution for this problem.

I have a DSL-2540T, connecting 5 users. My housemates are barbarian! they used to p2p, online gaming at the wrong time. Discussed with them N Times, but still....

One of the housemate even worst, once he online everyone cant online. I have checked the LED blink, is not that bad, but just dont know why, we all cant online. After that, I unplug his cable, we can online. Whats the problem with his PC? (or my router?)

I suspect he use some software to block us or something. ANY network engineer (have to use expert suggestion ald) ? or expert to solve this kind of problem? How to check if you were block or being " spy" by others?

gosh! My P4P800 is dead....Im a poor fish in this thingy... I need experts to help me on the next Desktop. Now what I left in good condition is

2x 256 DDR RAM
1x AGP Radeon Graphic card
1x 390W PSU
Monitor
1x 250 HDD ( BTW, do i need to reformat in order to use it on a new MOBO? many important data inside ler.. )

Guys ! I need your help ! what can i have with RM600-RM700 budget? (preferable intel & C2D) I just dont understand about the board thingy now days ... haha, hopes you guys can give me some suggestion on the best configuration within the budget.

I only have RM 600-700 budget, so er...any thing can use back from above items, just use back la..I dont mind. Im using this PC for movies, BT, games sometimes (yahoo game..haha) & some document processing.
