MSI P35 Neo2 vs. abit IP35-Pro

dear sifus here, would like to hear from you how would you choose between these 2 mobos? i'm gonna use Q6600, wanna OC to 3-3.6ghz, am using 2x2gb gskills PC8000 C5. after i found a stable oc setting, i'm just gonna leave it there and use the pc for daily use.

i like both boards, both also received good reviews. if there are totally equal i'll go for MSI cos it's cheaper. uGuru is nice but i might not need it (like i said, i don't fiddle with oc everyday, i'll just set it once). so which board should fit me more? how about the thermal performance of these 2 boards? which is cooler based on same oc? is it worth paying the extra RM100+ to go for the abit?
