i have scalic skin on both of my arms and neck!!! it looks like chicken skin! when my friend touches on my arm, they'll ask me whether am i having goose bumps. how am i suppose to get rid of this ? i wish to have soft smooth skin. I've tried many products such as body scrubs and lotions but it just won't work.
