Can i use blue jack audio as default?

can i?like green jack..i use blue now..cuz green already rosak..so i use blue..but when use firefox or playing games..i cant hear sound..it only works when hear songs only..how?

help sound cannot hear..

my sound car is in built with motherboard..this morning i wanted to hear music with subwoofer..suddenly i cant hear anytihng..before that i use my headphone was worked very fine..so i try use my headhpone back..but cant hear also ..so whatt should i do?i try change using blue jack and its work.but not as green jack..i must setting a realtek software.and use 6 speaker type and my micrphone ,speaker can work..i just wanted to know what happen to green jack?

1.should i buy multi sound jack? how muchh it is?
2.just using blue jack

hola.i already found that my pc is a bit weird because..when im touch the housing then i get electirc shock..damn..idk what happen actually...then i buy new fan for my CPU.because my fan already patah2..my bro love to patah2 those strip..so after one day using..suddenly my pc cannot open laa...cannot boot up..i already have the same experience before..then i buy new motherboard..so i wanna ask anyone here..if pc cannot on..those it depends on motherboard or PSU?i already scared..because my motherboard stil new..how can it dead easily..i takot la..haha..

idk what PSU brand ...anyone can give me sum spirit for me to through anything bad happen...i hope its PSU probs..it still on guarantee..sorry my english is bad..help me..
